Twice, they've told me that the office was closed, even saying "everyone left for the day" an hour early. It wasn't true. If the answering service tells you that the office is closed, but hours of operation say it's not, take a few minutes and drive over if you're local. They'll probably still be open.

She does a great job taking care of my two little ones and never makes me feel bad for worrying or overreacting. She just has a very calming effect. She's one of the best. There are two downsides. One - even with an appointment it can sometimes be a half hour wait. Two - they are only open every other Saturday and with two little kids it can be pretty hard to get through the weekend when someone is not feeling well.

Like Doctors and Nurses, non-medical staff should also be aware of how vulnerable families are at this time, and if it does not come naturally, they should be taught how to act with empathy and compassion.
