Within maybe 2 minutes of being in the room after his vitals were taken the doctor came in. This is such a shock to me because every urgent care or sometimes even primary care doctor, I swear we wait FOREVER. The doc was very nice and good with kids. We got his step test done right away and we were off with detailed paperwork to tell us what to do in the coming days. Was such a smooth and easy process with super nice and caring staff. This is the only urgent care I will visit even though it is a bit far from our house. Highly recommend!

Multiple problems: billing me for a consultation when no consultation occurred, putting me on hold before learning that the person I need to speak to isn't even there, telling patients that people will be available at a certain time when they are not. There was no issue until I received a phone call from an old school home phone which I am still learning to use, and was transferred to the Nurse Practitioner Teria. She was rude with a lack of respect throughout this call. First she asked "Is this a cell house?", and I have no idea what that meant, so I replied "Sorry I didn't catch that, this is a home where others live in too" and included I'm a caregiver. I continued, "is that what you meant?" And she rudely says "Yesss?" As if it was a dumb question. Then she asks what the nurse number is, and I'm so confused because my patient does not have a nurse here or in general which she kept trying to tell me there is, but my patient only has a doctor, which my coworker left the number for. So I told her let me check apologies Miss attitude, and it goes silent, and she asks if I'm still there. I say yes, I'm just looking for it, and she asks for my name and for me to spell it out.
