Horrible place to work for they don't care about their employees work them 10 hour shifts with no breaks not even to eat you have eat while your working at your desk waiting on patients, your lucky to step away to use restroom. Poor management don't have a clue about anything all they care about is the all mighty dollar and not their staff or patients. read more

My dad was a patient of Gary Marcott for years and only saw him a few times in person. Even if we requested to see him they just pushed to see the NP's. NP's are not doctors, the ones that work there-especially Heather-think they are. Doctors have to have 15,000 to 16,000 clinical hours and Np's only need 500 to 1,500 to practice. I'm not against NP's but they should not be handling complex cases like my dads and certainly not with an attitude. That is not what a family practice is about. it's about seeing the same doctor most times so they build relationships with patients and their families. Not sure how to categorize this place. Patients have the right to see a doctor upon request. If you get admitted to the hospital NP's show up. I was told the doctors don't have privileges. umm? Seriously, go down 41 to MIdwest Express where u see a doctor every time read more

No stars!! My mother is 67. She has lupus and neuropathy. She had broken her wrist last December. It took them weeks to get back with the results, so she's walking around with a broken wrist, which made it even worse when she had surgery three weeks later. Then fast forward to this last week she wasn't feeling well after Christmas so my dad took her for tests and they had X-rays done of her lungs. Well, today is day four she had to call and find out her x-ray results which they suspected pneumonia. I don't understand why it's taking so long for their radiologist to read an x-ray and call with results. I'm sure there's a radiologist on-call New Year's Eve and New Year's Day....and then to find out that they haven't even called today and my mom had to call and find out that she has pneumonia? She's already not well as it is. I told her please do not go back there. They are going to kill someone one day. read more

I originally was very pleased going here. The doctors are very good, but the problem is it's hard to see one if you're sick. Typically they are for wellness type visits only. If you're sick, you'll get pushed off to one of the nurse practitioners. Just had an experience there with one and was not happy at all! She kept pushing for me to take a flu test even though my symptoms did not show signs of the flu! The front office staff is not very professional. Also didn't like that they didn't offer face masks for people in the waiting area during flu season! Again, the doctors are good here, but the rest needs an overhaul. read more

Finally, I found a doctors office and a great doctor here. Its a bit of a drive, but its worth it. You may wait in the room an extra few minutes longer, but that's okay...'ya know why? They are very attentive and will investigate your health concerns until a solution is found and have, what seems like, all the time in the world for each patient. Maybe that's why they don't overbook. Even better, a lot of medical testing can be done on site! read more

While I do not have a problem with the medical staff, I do have a concern with the professionalism of their billing department. On more than one occasion there has been errors in regards to their billing. When I call to sort things out, I am met with confrontation and an argumentative staff (Mary). I guess it is hard to find a caring MD and a dedicated support staff. read more

Excellent care for my grandmother. They are organized friendly and compassionate. A family atmosphere. Great for all ages. They have a lot of options to get in for last minute appointments. Finally I know my grandmother is getting the care she needs. read more

Nice people, but with the few experiences I've had, I always question why I go back. I had a check up and it took the dr over 1 hour to enter my room, mind you, they made me put on a half robe and paper towels and wait. I understand things happen, but something happens every time! Or come in the room and say, sorry, it's going to be longer! My appointment took 5 min! I've been there a few times before and sometimes they know exactly what's up and other times it's "sorry, i don't know...I can prescribe something that hopefully fixed the problem." I think that's happens at most doctors but still! read more

I have been going to this facility for several years now. I was unable a doctor did I liked. I first came to this facility and met dr. Gary who I guess started the thing. He's got family throughout the facility. They are all amazing and caring people. Their office is run very efficiently. Unlike other doctors they seem to think my time is very very valuable. I appreciate that. Once again the personalities are all five stars read more

We've been going to Marcotte Medical Group for many years now. They had some really good doctors and some good nurse practitioners over the years. But now over time it seems as if the practice itself is outgrown itself and the care towards its clients has diminished. It seems as this point that it's run completely by nurse practitioners. I can't remember the last time I've even seen a doctor in the building. I could be wrong but I honestly since I'm rotated between nurse practitioner to nurse practitioner anytime I have to fill out paperwork asking who my doctor is I can't answer it. My daughter has ADHD that they never wanted to diagnose her as such. They're told to wait till she was 8 years old and then come back again. At this point we did and they finally directed us to a specialist but they still refuse to diagnose her. She's also had bed wetting issues and we continue to get the same diagnosis over and over again. Nothing has worked up to this point yet we're still getting the same diagnosis. We'll be leaving this practice soon as will be leaving to live somewhere else, but even if that wasn't the case I'd start looking for a new doctor soon read more

While I have had a good experience with the medical staff, the billing staff is horribly unprofessional. I have had instances in the past where I tried to make a payment for a copay that they did not charge me in the office, but they kept telling me I had no balance. So, I didn't bother trying to pay anymore. Then, a couple months later, a woman from the billing department calls and pesters me about a payment on a copay that I wasn't even aware was outstanding because of how unorganized they are. She continued to give attitude and even laughed when I said I would not be able to make a payment today. I have been in the office several times since she claims this payment was due and no one said a word to me about it. I'm definitely going to follow up and try to get some clarification from someone without the attitude, but if this continues to be the way patients are treated over a small amount of money, then I'd have to say avoid this place at all costs. read more
