Within maybe 2 minutes of being in the room after his vitals were taken the doctor came in. This is such a shock to me because every urgent care or sometimes even primary care doctor, I swear we wait FOREVER. The doc was very nice and good with kids. We got his step test done right away and we were off with detailed paperwork to tell us what to do in the coming days. Was such a smooth and easy process with super nice and caring staff. This is the only urgent care I will visit even though it is a bit far from our house. Highly recommend!

Multiple problems: billing me for a consultation when no consultation occurred, putting me on hold before learning that the person I need to speak to isn't even there, telling patients that people will be available at a certain time when they are not. It took a while to come out of it. Thankfully she was transferred here. She couldn't get up & walk on her own. The nurses & staff are amazing. Their PT department is amazing. The facility has many things to get them back to every day life. Ramps, a makeshift car, etc. Occupational therapy too. Attentive, caring people. After coming home, she is returning here for more therapy on the first floor for another month. She's doing great.

Talking down to patients, sarcastic and treating us in a non-professional manner. Many people that come here are elderly, slower to understand, mobility challenged, in pain, ill and this rude witch is allowed to treat Hoehn patients with disrespect and a poor attitude. I told my doctor, he washed his hands of anything that happens out in the lobby. On both occasions I told his inner staff and they confirmed what I already knew.... "We've had a lot of complaints about her..... Patients have been complaining!" I even wrote a letter about my experiences to the Hoehn manager and what really ticked me off, is that nobody bothered to reach out to me. NEVER AGAIN! I wouldn't recommend Hoehn Medical Group to anybody. There are plenty of great doctors out there that care about their patient's best interest. Rudeness doesn't fly with me. Sorry.

It is clear that he goes out of his way for patients; even when he is a bit under the weather. He has absolutely blown my mind: 1) how consistent he is with his scheduling/timing to see each patient without having you wait hours, and 2) he is the fastest to ever submit refill requests, submit labs orders, and create referrals. The man makes everything look as transparent as possible, as he instantly produces accurate results. He will leave you with a smile because you know you came to the right doctor.
