Dwayne did a great job with the repair. The issue turned out to be a leaking pipe connection near the outdoor valve, so they had to cut the damaged section of pipe, remove and rework the 90-degree elbow and adapter, then reconnect everything back into the valve. They also confirmed that the valve itself was still good, which helped avoid replacing more than was actually necessary. The price was a little on the higher side, but considering the quick response, next-day service, and quality of the work, I can forgive it. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and I'm glad the problem was taken care of properly. I'd definitely recommend Rapid Action Rooter and would use them again.

He was very responsive, answering the phone when called and fitting me into the schedule to evaluate the problem, gave me two viable options and clear rationale which was his recommendation. He was very willing to work with the leak detection guy I hired separately. He did the repair efficiently and effectively, starting with a small hole to minimize cutting of the existing driveway while he confirmed the actual location of the leak -- which turned out to be a bit off-center to where the leak detection guy had marked; Armando then made an appropriately sized saw cut, enabling access to make the repair while minimizing disruption to access to our garage during the repair. He did a solid job on the concrete patch when it was all done. He completed it in less than the time he allocated, and was a great communicator throughout the process. Finally and importantly, his estimate was one of the lowest of the 4 estimates I received and he stuck with the estimate.

Jose answered and set me up with Rolando. Rolando came on Thursday. He discovered that the Drain Pipe going to the main line was completely clogged. This pipe was underneath the house at the crawlspace. He also discovered that shower was leaking from the top level to the crawlspace. He stated that the grout is cracked causing the water to seep in and out. He quoted me $1700 to fix everything. Meaning changing and replacing the clogged shower drain pipe to the main pipe. Regrouting the shower tiles. I agreed, set up the 2nd schedule for Friday 03.06.2026. Rolando took about 4 to 5 hours to fix everything. He was a young man with experience. Changed drain pipe and regrouted! I dont know much about piping. I am ignorant when it comes to pricing. It just had to get done. I had no time for 2nd quotes. Finger crossed I wasn't overcharged lol. Overall, I would call back for piping service. This is the 2nd time I called this company. First time was my kitchen sink that was clogged. The good thing is I have 90 days of warranty from the time of fix. I really dont know if I still have problems to call back the plumber. The only way to really find out is to crawl underneath the house. Overall, pleased with uncertainty. So far so good.

They will dispatch unqualified money hungry plumbers, and when they show up, they will make an urgent face at every step. Next thing you know, two field supervisors with a camera are trying to sell you a bigger spec of work using scare tactics. This time was to remove old liners and install new one. My main sewer clean-out was in the middle of the front yard next to the tree. Every 5-7 years, the tree roots got into the clean-out and caused blockage. I had to call a rooter to clear the roots. This time the router blasted the sewer jetter with way too high psi, and caused the old liner to start peeling off. There were some bubbles visible in the old liner but had a few more years left. Now it was peeling, and re-lining was necessary. After they left I started requesting quotes from plumbers on yelp. Then my friend gave me Anthony's phone number. I contacted him, and his crew started working the next morning. The clean-out was relocated next to the house, and they did pipe-bursting from the house to the street. I never heard of "pipe-bursting" until a few days ago, but this is the proper way of doing it when you have a big tree in the front yard. He has a great crew, they work fast, efficiently and do not cut corners. Right Time Rooter and Plumbing Service is the only number you keep in your contact.
