That little game they play with a waiver to pay for an extra $80 something dollars tagged onto the exam is one thing but it gets worse. A year later I get an email reminder for and exam. But unlike any other "reminder" from any other eye doctor I have been too, they not only scheduled me for an appointment date which I never asked for, they had statement in writing saying failure to appear would be $39.00 cancellation/no-show fee.
