These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

Of the quotes we got, they were very reasonable and they also had appointments available relatively soon. The person who came for the quote wasn't sales-y either which was a plus. I won't go into details of the various hurdles to communicate with them but it just wasn't very smooth. When they came to do the attic fan first, they told me they could only do that because the whole house fan had not arrived yet. Then they installed it and forgot to install a switch which was part of the quote. When they came to do the whole house fan a week later, again they didn't know to install a switch for the attic fan. I also had trouble with the invoice. Ultimately, they had a good price and did good work so I'm satisfied but just couldn't give them 5 stars because the overall experience was a little clunky. Believe me we have remodeled homes in NY, Altadena, San Marino, Pasadena, so we know what is reasonable. Jeremy arrived on time and to our surprise arrived with his father, a veteran electrician, and his son, now learning the business. They couldn't have been more efficient, neat and innovative. They replaced our old recessed halogen lights with state of the art LED. This was just not a replacement of the cans, since the old halogen lights were wired through some container that had to be opened and removed. Don''t ask me exactly, all I know is it took them time and effort. They even left us some halogen bulbs in case we needed to replace them in the back of the house. We will be changing those out for LED and will use Croff Electric. They were able to overcome a few jobs that had previously been done, before we owned the house, that had some questionable "fixes". They put in a new island electric outlet that took some doing, because there was little space between wine cooler and microwave. Everything was done to code. When they finished, I could hardly believe the care they took in cleaning up and putting things back in order, see Jeremy with a vacuum.

We hired…read moreAll-in-One to install some recessed lighting and outlets inside our home as well as upgrade our electrical panel on the exterior of our home. For the lighting/outlet install, instead of using any kind of drywall saw or cutting tool, they just used a hammer to put holes in our walls and ceilings in order to run wiring and install switches/lighting. This left our home looking crazy and made it unnecessarily difficult to make drywall repairs. Also, a number of the recessed lights they installed were not even symmetrical. On the exterior panel install, they swore up and down that the existing panel could not be replaced without major rework to the wall. So, thinking it was my only option, I approved the location of the new panel off to the side. However, I absolutely did not approve them coming out of the wall at an angle with that large flex conduit the way they did. After addressing these issues with them, their only response was that they could relocate the panel for the same cost as the original installation. Overall, it became clear to us that All-In-One Electric only cared about getting the job done as quickly as possible and had little to no respect for our home. They made it clear that their aim was to do the bare minimum as long as it was "up to code." I would not recommend their services to anyone after this experience.

I was originally going to go with the other company but Angel mentioned they can obtain a permit. After doing research I asked the other company if they offer that and they said I can apply for a permit. I wasn't too fond of that especially because they said it would be under my name. So I went with propower, who then did all the work of obtaining the permit for me. Once I got a date set, they quickly came out and got it installed within a few hours. They scheduled the inspector to come out the next day and I got my permit the day after. Angel and his team were very knowledgeable. Thomas who did the install said I needed to save a paper that had a QR code for my Tesla charger and even explained what I needed to do after. Lastly, Issac was there for the inspection which was supposed to happen anywhere from 8-12 he explained what the process would look like and assured me it would be very quick. I kept my garage open and stayed as long as I could. Unfortunately, I had client calls to take at 9:30 but it was great to hear the inspector came and then Issac ensured to close my garage for me even though I could not. Very comforting.
