Something interesting about this company is they use an AI virtual assistant that sounds like an actual human it's kind of creepy but "she" helped me pretty quickly unlike other virtual assistants. I ended up receiving a call around 9:30 letting me know that unfortunately my time I booked was no longer available and the next time was at 11am-1pm, I of course was willing to accept the time change since we only have the 1 toilet in the house My plumber arrived around 12:50pm (very timely) and was very friendly and assessed the situation ‍ He ended up telling us he needed to grab a tool at Home Depot down the street so he left and came back and finished up his work. Thankfully it was a relatively quick fix with his total time spent with us being 2 hours. We are so happy that he was able to resolve our toilet troubles and give us peace of mind. He quoted me $700 to fix that BUT!! if I purchased a Moen water usage detection device and had him install it, I could get that hose bib fixed FOR FREE! I didn't make a quick decision, so did some research on the device and found it wouldn't meet my needs as it needed power to run (and out where I am, power gets shut off the moment anyone smells smoke). Found out that the device I COULD use was just a skosh under $300. So Gabriel said that he would work with me on this, and that he could reduce the $3500 by the cost of the unit (which I would have to buy and have delivered). What? Starting with the outrageous price and work down?? But WAIT, there's MORE! I started to see how this operation rolled--like a car saleman, start with a high price and go down, rather than add up the costs of the actual work that needed to be done. I said that $3500 was way out of my budget. After spending a second night weighing my options, I called a highly recommended plumber who quoted me $180 for each spigot. No add ons, no bum rush. Stay away from this money gouging business. No wonder their trucks are so new and shiny. Not on my dollar!!
