We found a different outlet (not part of the…read moreoriginal problem) that didn't work, and when we contacted them a few hours after they had left, they told me that we would have to pay another full service fee for them to double-check their own work. Turns out a wire in the outlet they repaired wasn't reconnected so we lost current to the new separate outlet that was chained to the repaired one (luckily was able to find it and fix it myself). Pros: Quick response, good communication, pleasant interaction, repaired original problem. Cons: No warranty/guarantee of service, they didn't double check everything in the area they worked on before leaving (I should have too). When I found a problem after they left (even if it's the same day in the area that they were working on), I would have had to pay a full service fee again.

Other companies either told me what I wanted wasn't doable or flaked on the scheduled appointment. I told Jody I needed a Tesla Wall Mounted into the garage. it was a complicated process because of old panels but the work around was to make a sub panel dedicated to the EV Charger. I asked if he can slide me in his busy schedule rather than waiting a week. He asked why I was in a hurry to get it done and I told him "I HATE CHARGING AT SUPER CHARGERS and I'm off on Thursday" ....
