These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

I trusted them as they seemed very knowledgeable and helped teach me about the different EV outlet options, what I could do with my electrical unit in the future, what caused my issue and what to expect. Payment was through Zelle. I loved that they diagnosed everything so quickly, fixed it quickly, and educated me through the process. I'd highly recommend them. Very clean and competitively priced work. He even hardwired the Grizzl-E at no extra charge. We also had him run an internet cable through conduit and bury it in the same trench. Once both runs were hooked up, Cesar made sure charging was at full power and internet was back up at full steam. Thoughtful, thorough, and super mellow and pleasant to be around. Believe me we have remodeled homes in NY, Altadena, San Marino, Pasadena, so we know what is reasonable. Jeremy arrived on time and to our surprise arrived with his father, a veteran electrician, and his son, now learning the business. They couldn't have been more efficient, neat and innovative. They replaced our old recessed halogen lights with state of the art LED. This was just not a replacement of the cans, since the old halogen lights were wired through some container that had to be opened and removed. Don''t ask me exactly, all I know is it took them time and effort. They even left us some halogen bulbs in case we needed to replace them in the back of the house. We will be changing those out for LED and will use Croff Electric. They were able to overcome a few jobs that had previously been done, before we owned the house, that had some questionable "fixes". They put in a new island electric outlet that took some doing, because there was little space between wine cooler and microwave. Everything was done to code. When they finished, I could hardly believe the care they took in cleaning up and putting things back in order, see Jeremy with a vacuum.

Todd (owner) was one of the few we brought out who actually listened to our goals and honored our vision rather than proposed either much more elaborate (expensive) or simplified (corner-cutting) projects that we weren't asking for. His quote came in right around where we expected for the scope of work. Carlos, Jesse, and the rest of their crew were great to work with. They respected our home, kept things clean, consistently used drop cloths, even vacuuming here and there to keep any mess at bay. They fished the vast majority of the new wires so well we had almost no holes to patch after all was said and done -- and any that did exist they also did rough patchwork that was easy for me to sand/texture/finish on my own afterward. Surgical precision that we weren't quite expecting but definitely appreciated. The scope of work was pretty large so a few small details temporarily fell through the cracks along the way (as they do), but Carlos checked in with us every morning to make sure he stayed aware of anything that was previously overlooked and/or any thoughts or tweaks we might want to express. He then said no need to pay the $95 fee and said no one will do my work for his original quoted price. I called licensed electrician: Ken Electrical, Inc. and he quoted me 1/3 of the price and he came back to check everything was ok for free. In-n-out electric should of just took my money and not argued over a foot-3feet of electrical wire.
