I had a catastrophe right before the Labor Day weekend (Thursday before). I called around to…read moreelectricians using Yelp as my guide but I was also referred to one . The reference was this company; Bruce Glick in particular.. he runs the company and is a top notch electrician ... and person. He came out and assessed the situation and I could tell I wanted to hire this guy. Not only did he know what he was doing but you could tell he was going to do a complete job... not just rip open my wall do some half hearted electrical work and walk away. So I hired him... since we were without power to the house he rearranged his other work to come the next day. Not only that he let me borrow his personal generator for the day/night so I didn't have to throw out all my groceries and the kids could "go" to school the next morning (online school.. Covid). He came out the very next day early and got to work and by the end of the day the mess I had was a clean, professional, panel install. He is coming back to close up the wall on a Sunday! He is a super busy guy because of how good of a job he does but really helped us out of a jam and didn't gouge us in the process. Also, after the work yesterday he cleaned up everything. Just one more note. The payments were agreed to be in installments... no money before the panel was in. Once it was in I pay a portion and after completion I pay the rest. Yesterday I asked should I just pay the whole thing.. He said "I would advise in general you don't do that." He said "I can be trusted but you don't know me well enough to know that for sure." He said it's always a good idea to finish payment when the final steps are complete... how many times do you think you will hear that from your contractor. Trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable guy that takes pride in his work... need an electrician? You need to call Bruce.

Great EV charger installation experience from estimate to completion!…read more Eric was recommended by the dealership where I purchased my EV. He helped me figure out what equipment I already had (my charger came with the car) and scheduled my installation promptly based on my needs. He was very considerate of my schedule, called me an hour before he arrived (as I requested,) and showed up when promised. He talked me through the process and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder. He made sure that my install location preferences were followed and was clean & organized throughout. I could tell that Eric knows his stuff and understands that happy customers gladly refer good companies to their friends & neighbors. Don't hesitate to use Eric for your charger needs - he does what he promises!

DK Electrical Services -- Excellent Work & Great Price I was…read morein the market for a new electrical panel after recently purchasing an EV. I needed to upgrade my electrical panel from 100A to 200A and have it EV-ready. I contacted several local electricians and received a few quotes, but most of them were extremely expensive. Dang Khoa from DK Electrical Services gave me a complete quote by text, including the panel replacement, installation, permits, and the full cost of the job. He came out on a Saturday to confirm everything in person, and his quote was the lowest I received. He even included the stucco repair after the new panel was installed. What really impressed me was how quickly everything came together. By Tuesday, the city and electric company had already completed their part and unlocked my meter so Dang could move forward with the installation. I had Dang come out that Saturday, and he completed the entire job in one day. He worked pretty much nonstop to get everything finished. By Monday, the city came out and approved the work. For a project this involved, having everything completed and approved in basically one week was incredibly impressive. Dang clearly knew exactly what needed to be done and understood all the steps involved with the permits, utility company, city inspection, and installation. If you're looking for an electrician who offers a fair price, does quality work, and knows what he's doing, I highly recommend DK Electrical Services. In fact, he's already working on my brother's home to replace his electrical panel as well. I'll definitely be referring Dang and DK Electrical Services to my friends and family for their electrical needs. Great work from start to finish!
