Politeness and care was taken into consideration when talking to the owner of shop. I am a survivor of stroke that took place March 12, 2022. The only thing that is lacking is short term memory loss and that is challenging me when talking about mechanical issues regarding my Fiat 500L Trekking model. This is a 2014. My only main concern is driving to Plano because I am currently fighting dehydration and a sinus infection. With no air in car that poses a big problem with my own body and trying to push fluids is difficult enough.

The team did their own diagnosis of the car and instead of just agreeing with Mazda, they said they didn't even believe the $2k repair was even necessary at that time. Mechanic by the name of Ken came over to see if he could assist me. The truck was really hot and smoking! He tried to put antifreeze in it but it was too hot and really dangerous! He brought me water to keep me cool and return to work! He later came back to check on me and pushed me out of the sun to help me keep cool! I am forever grateful!
