Along the way we found a few smaller issues that needed attention so water wouldn't be a problem again. Every person who worked on the project lived up to the company's name. My front door had never been installed correctly. Instead of working around someone else's mistake, they pulled the entire door and sealed the entryway properly. We also replaced the floors on my basement level, which meant installing directly onto cement. Halfway through, we realized the glue was expanding and the floor was bubbling unevenly. They didn't argue the point. They agreed it wasn't as good as it could be and restarted the entire job. No charge for the additional materials or time.
