I would not suggest contracting services with Frederick McPhillips with McPhillips Custom Services…read more Based on how rude and disrespectful he is, I would not recommend him to do work for anyone I know and would not want him working for my family even for a small job. As a handicapped person, I have had them do several modifications to make my home more accessible; they have even made suggestions I had not thought of. They came in at estimation or checked with me on suggestions for improvement before anything was added to project. When my cleaners came in after the construction, they said it was the cleanest they had ever seen a crew leave it. They even made sure it was picked up and cleaned when they left each night. They are enjoyable to work with.I have worked with many constructions crews over the years and I can say they are best in area.

When he was stumped, he called the office to have someone come and help and Natasha came right away. After looking at every conceivable possibility, Hunter and Natasha figured it out and rectified the issue a.s.a.p. In addition to the wiring problem they realized a mouse had helped exacerbate the issue so I ran to the hardware store to get mouse killer and when I returned, Hunter even offered to go back in the crawl space to spread the pellets for us...not his job. They went above and beyond to help fix the problem and now we have an electrician that we can count on for any future issues. Couldn't have asked them to be more thorough. Thanks so much Hunter, Natasha and Dean Electric.

This is the first review I've ever written. Build Right earned it…read more A water leak forced us to rip out and replace my floors. Along the way we found a few smaller issues that needed attention so water wouldn't be a problem again. Every person who worked on the project lived up to the company's name. My front door had never been installed correctly. Instead of working around someone else's mistake, they pulled the entire door and sealed the entryway properly. We also replaced the floors on my basement level, which meant installing directly onto cement. Halfway through, we realized the glue was expanding and the floor was bubbling unevenly. They didn't argue the point. They agreed it wasn't as good as it could be and restarted the entire job. No charge for the additional materials or time. If you hire Build Right, they will take the time and care to do the job correctly. It's that simple.
