Got that? Among the coupons in the Consumer Pak that came in the mail was one for Saratoga Roofing. It said they also did siding in addition to roofing. I figured that might give them an advantage. I called, talked to a real person, and explained what my problem was. I was informed that their estimator, Oleg, would be contacting me to schedule a visit. I received the call from Oleg not more than 30 minutes later. He was able to schedule a visit later that same day. When Oleg arrived, we reviewed the work that needed to be done. Taking advantage of his presence and knowledge, I pointed out a less urgent problem with the soffit in a different section of the house, and a concern I had with some siding at a third location. He assured me that the two soffit problems could be fixed and that I did not need to be concerned about the siding issue. We then agreed upon a price to do the soffit repairs. I was next actually surprised to see that Oleg was prepared to do the repairs right then and there. He unloaded the necessary ladders, tools, and equipment to safely scale the garage roof and fix my major problem. With that section of soffit resolved he moved to the other side of the house and realigned and secured the other soffit. I can't be more pleased with the service, promptness, and work performed by Saratoga Roofing. Oleg was very personable and a pleasure to work with.

The duplex townhouse we recently bought had a 34 year old roof and desperately needed replacement. Brian, the general manager, was our point of contact. What a sweetheart of a guy! Funny, personable, and *extremely* knowledgeable. He coordinated with our attached neighbor so both sides would be done at once and the roofline would look seamless. The pricing was well within expectations. When work started, his crew arrived promptly each morning and got straight to work. I must say, these guys work fast and hard. It's worth mentioning that they cleaned up their debris beautifully. The place was spotless when they finished. Brian has a good sense of cosmetics on the house and he wrapped the windowsills and replaced a rotted piece. You can see the difference immediately, in the pictures. It looks like a brand new home. We got compliments from our neighbors immediately. Brian went above and beyond our expectations. We are so blown away by him and the company we are looking forward to having them replace our interior doors, as well. I wish every company had this kind of integrity and quality.

I asked for a few things, in order to lower my price (for example, taking care of debris myself, installing some shutters myself, etc...). I received a lower quote, but the numbers didn't make sense. As well, I was supposed to have samples brought over, and they weren't. I called and asked about it, and about the numbers, no response. I emailed, no response. I called again (a week later), and got him on the phone. He said he ran out of samples, even though he was supposedly bringing them over a week earlier. He said he'd leave them on his front porch if I wanted to pick them up. He started going off to me about not having time to discuss options with me. And, that since it's a small job I wasn't really too important. I hung up, since it was going nowhere and that's no way to earn my business. If you don't want my money and business, someone else will get it. If I want options to be within my budget, that's my prerogative as a consumer. If your math doesn't add up, I have the right to ask about it. If you don't want "small" jobs, don't quote them.

Alex and his crew were great!…read more Came out within the same week to give an estimate which was sent to us the same night. After we gave the okay we had our project schedule within another week. We had a porch roof that needed to be replaced and some gutters put up. He let us know the best solution so we could get the most life out of our new roof. Alex didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need or want. The guys showed up in the morning and were gone by the afternoon. All done in one day! They kept everything super tidy and were working hard throughout the entire day. 10/10!

Totally unintrusive (they didn't so much use our bathroom!). Fantastic work and attention to detail. They do all of the painting for Galarneau Builders' show homes. We could not be happier with the work that Michael did to our home exterior. While we have a brick…read morehouse, we do have four wood porches and another wood entryway. Michael removed and reconstructed the wood entryway (see picture). Michael also did significant replacement of rotted wood/rotted decking, scraping and repainting of two porches (see pictures). On our side porch he removed a rotted column base and reconstructed a new base off-site while supporting the porch roof using an effective and efficient method (picture). We also had him strip and repaint an exterior door that had been poorly painted by a previous contractor. The quality of workmanship that Michael delivers is simply outstanding. Also, he constantly communicated with us throughout the process - we knew in advance when he would be on-site. His painting is impeccable. We are grateful to Michael for his time, workmanship and we look forward to putting him to work here again!
