The duplex townhouse we recently bought had a 34 year old roof and desperately needed replacement. Brian, the general manager, was our point of contact. What a sweetheart of a guy! Funny, personable, and *extremely* knowledgeable. He coordinated with our attached neighbor so both sides would be done at once and the roofline would look seamless. The pricing was well within expectations. When work started, his crew arrived promptly each morning and got straight to work. I must say, these guys work fast and hard. It's worth mentioning that they cleaned up their debris beautifully. The place was spotless when they finished. Brian has a good sense of cosmetics on the house and he wrapped the windowsills and replaced a rotted piece. You can see the difference immediately, in the pictures. It looks like a brand new home. We got compliments from our neighbors immediately. Brian went above and beyond our expectations. He said he'd leave them on his front porch if I wanted to pick them up. He started going off to me about not having time to discuss options with me. And, that since it's a small job I wasn't really too important. I hung up, since it was going nowhere and that's no way to earn my business. If you don't want my money and business, someone else will get it. If I want options to be within my budget, that's my prerogative as a consumer. If your math doesn't add up, I have the right to ask about it. If you don't want "small" jobs, don't quote them.

So the small attic space would cost $2,873.81 and the whole house would have been $3,450.45??????? Guess Hugh the owner didn't want to lose out on the original invoice so he just sent off this ridiculous, high price invoice. I was then threatened that they would put a lien on my house in 2 weeks and no explaining where their number came from probably because they couldn't. The salesman came to the house took measurements and created an invoice . I paid the amount the company wanted up front. I made the appointment. Unfortunately I wasn't here for the actual spraying. Their person told my caretaker that he wouldn't recommend spraying one southern exterior wall because it had a wood skirting on the outside. So needless to say, that wall didn't not get done! Regardless of what the contractor thought. He was paid to do a job of all four exterior walls and sill plates! He had the invoice that stated such. If there was a question he could have called! I have requested either this company subtract one wall from the price they quoted me or come back and finish the job. they refused to subtract any money from the quote and they also refused to come back out and spray the wall that didn't get done unless I paid them again for another wall. This company also threaten to put a lien on my home if I didn't pay the remainder of the balance. so needless to say I was stuck in a hard place and decided to pay in full or take them to court possibly lose and have to pay their attorney fees and such.
