I told him this and brought up the price He charged my two friends less than a week prior and he kept denying it. He is not a man of his word and a thief and liar. What's interesting was that my friend just got a lab back from the doctor and probably the main feedback / result was he was always dehydrated. David not only gave him a really good offer, but also gave us a lot of really high quality and quantity of bottled water (without having any idea of the lab results)!
