The curtains came back and the seams were not straight and did not fall properly. I two other '50 panels they were just to iron, came back with chocolate or poop on one of them and they looked burnt and off white (no longer the white color they were). After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.

After we picked it up and got home, we realized both underarms were torn. When we went back for and asked for explanation, they told me the blouse was already torn and that's why they didn't clean it and did not charge you for it although looked ironed on hanger and same with other clothes. That makes absolutely no sense. First of all, they counted and checked all the clothes when they were dropped off, and cleaners usually look for stains or damage before accepting items. If something is damaged, they normally point it out right away or refuse to take it. Second, even if they somehow didn't notice it at drop-off, the moment they saw the damage they should have called me to let me know they were not going to clean it. They never called.Third, when we picked up the clothes, they still said nothing about it. They only mentioned this story after we came back and confronted them. None of what they are saying makes sense. To me it's very clear that this happened while the blouse was in their possession. I will definitely take care of this matter through customer service protection.

She said my clothes needed some extra charge because of the elasticity which the shirt definitely wasn't. The reason I'm saying this is because when you bring your clothes in she'll try to find some unreasonable reason to charge you more for the cleaning. Instead of giving you good customer service and wanting you to come back she'll try to get as much as she can regardless of what the reason is. She's mean and super rude but Karma has a way of making it its way around. Be careful and God bless.
