First can we just talk about how great this location is, close to midtown, middle of everything, still ample parking. Looked to be a former residential residence, the building has so much character. Upon arrival I was greeted and not too long after they sat me down and started the process. They offered a neck pillow for comfort, tv overhead with earphones if you'd like. Incredibly friendly and helpful throughout without the awkward chatter many of us are accustom too in the chair- you know the continuation of questions while they are taking care of your visit for an in and out, in and out (the instruments) type of experience. The hygienist was fantastic and walked me through some things prior to the dentist arrival. Post this, the visit was great, I shared what I hoped to accomplish in upcoming visits, etc and they were not only incredible professionally but so personable and helpful! They laid out a plan and pricing up front, no hidden costs and were helpful with the scheduling even with it being so close to the holidays! Actually looking forward to coming in for further visits and absolutely recommend for your general dentist needs to cosmetic and beyond!

And what I'm very disappointed in is the billing. They stopped taking my insurance and I have a secondary insurance to cover costs. They told me that they could bill the secondary after the primary insurance decided what they would cover. The office manager never billed my secondary, she would constantly call and text to get me to pay the difference. After three visits of "you owe us money" because they didn't bill my secondary, I was done. Cindy is very rude and snooty. She even told my husband that I still owed them $130 from a "really long time ago" when it's actually on $37. Even the voicemail saying "we've waited a long time for this" is outrageous to me. You didn't bill my insurance, you tried to get money out of ME instead.

I've been a patient of Dr. White now for approximately 10 years. Never needed anything other than…read morecleaning so wasn't sure if he was a good dentist or not. However, I recently cracked a tooth when I bit down on something. He sent me to an endodontist to confirm which tooth was the problem as I had three that were hurting badly. After determining the correct tooth, I went back to Dr White and, with consultation from the endodontist, decided to just remove the tooth, it likely couldn't be saved. Dr.white was able to do it even though it was a consultation appointment. He explained everything thoroughly and we started the procedure. Not counting the time to get it numbed, he was done in about 10-15 minutes. He gave me a prescription for pain meds and an antibiotic to prevent any infection. It is now the next morning and I have almost no pain, no bleeding, and will probably not take the pain pills after tonight. I think Dr.White did a fantastic job and his helper was very efficient and nice too. Te staff is always friendly, they get you in for appointments quickly, and their prices seem very reasonable. It was less than $400 to have my tooth removed. Dr White is also a super nice guy and I am very happy with his services. Give him a try.

She gave me conisderation as a person with allergies regarding the adhesive used for the permanent bridge, to ensure I would not have post installation reactions. Her office staff was knowledgable and responsive throughout the multi-month process, including timely submittal of pre-estimates to my dental insurance company. I am very pleased with the final results and give a 5 Star recommendation to this practice. I took her suggestion to cap my tooth, but then had to experience it falling out a few days later while eating. She then booked me with someone in her office who put it back in the wrong way, causing me great discomfort. So I then had to remove the cap again, and found there was even some cavity left behind that she missed. It is really sad because I liked her, but when she kept making mistakes, didn't take responsibility ("it's the vendor's fault for giving me bad cement"), and even put me through hoops to get half my money back and then refused to follow through ... unfortunately, the best I can say is that I am deeply disappointed.

I had high hopes for this office as it was purchased from my retired dentist about five years ago, but since that time I've continually received disappointing service all around. Their old hygienist, Brian, was incredible, but since his departure there has been a big gap in this department. Every time I go to the office there is a new person with varied degrees of experience, it's really a crap shoot what level of care you'll get depending on their rotating staff. I have experienced issues with billing and payments with them and do not appreciate the attitude received for issues of their own making. Overall I find this office disorganized. They need to bump up their skills and customer service in order to maintain their patients. If you know of a good dentist, leave me a comment, I'm looking.
