And what I'm very disappointed in is the billing. They stopped taking my insurance and I have a secondary insurance to cover costs. They told me that they could bill the secondary after the primary insurance decided what they would cover. The office manager never billed my secondary, she would constantly call and text to get me to pay the difference. After three visits of "you owe us money" because they didn't bill my secondary, I was done. Cindy is very rude and snooty. She even told my husband that I still owed them $130 from a "really long time ago" when it's actually on $37. Even the voicemail saying "we've waited a long time for this" is outrageous to me. You didn't bill my insurance, you tried to get money out of ME instead.

They drilled her teeth down so much that her new dentist has said she basically has no tooth left to hold onto the fillings that Floss Dental put on her teeth. They all fell out less than a month after Floss Dental did them. Pitiful care and something that should last her a lifetime is now ruined because of them. Pathetic! Think twice before trusting them with the care of your teeth.

My entire visit was less than an hour but for cleanings they informed me I wouldn't be seen for about 6 months. However, Dr. Song gave the okay to squeeze me in on one of his busy Saturdays the following week. I again was seen on time and was finished within the hour. Additionally, one of my teeth had a receding gum issue that made it nearly impossible to eat or drink anything cold on that side of my mouth due to unbearable sensitivity. I had seen two prior dentists in the past that recommended to me only gum grafting which would have set me back around $2000 and the recovery would have been painful. Since I was in school at the time I couldn't afford it, so for almost 6 years I suffered this tooth until the day came where I could afford it, in both time and money. When I told Dr. Song, I figured he would tell me the same thing the prior dentists did but he didn't. Rather, he immediately suggested bonding over the sensitive part of the tooth. I was able to get an appointment two weeks after my initial visit and again, was promptly seen on time. He told me that it would only take 10 minutes and the recovery time is basically only as long as it takes for the lidocaine to wear away. I left the office within 30 minutes of when I came! It's been about 10 hours since my visit and I'm pain free after almost a decade! Best part was that what I paid wasn't even 10% of the gum grafting price. When I asked about professional whitening, Dr. Song was refreshingly honest and told me not to do it given how sensitive my teeth would be and that white strips would give the same results, albeit in a longer amount of time. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need, not only when it came to the whitening but the gum grafting too. Thank you Dr. Song for squeezing me in for cleaning, recommending bonding, and not selling me anything I didn't need. Doctors like you are a rarity these days!

Dr Chan and his staff don't make you feel weird or embarrassed or ashamed about your teeth which is huge. nobody likes to go to the dentist (sorry cypress) but when you have a great staff it makes it so much easier. I got a few fillings done, one was a little too high and they got me back in immediately to get it fixed which was awesome. I also really like how dr Chan talks to his staff especially assistants. I know it's a "small" thing but it really makes a huge difference for both me as a patient and then as an employee I'm sure. Then state they can't see me because I missed my appointment window. I don't argue - I just leave. You could've asked for my insurance information on the phone call this morning if you truly didn't have it. You could send correct texts when appointments have changed. But I'm the problem, got it! I'm annoyed because you're wasting my time and now you lost a future client.
