After years of our guesthouse HVAC system operating somewhere between "mildly haunted" and…read more"emotionally unstable," Adam Eck HVAC finally solved the mystery. For literally a couple years, our previous HVAC company serviced the unit twice a year, came out for additional service calls, nodded thoughtfully at the equipment... and somehow never fixed the actual problem. We eventually accepted our fate and furnished the guesthouse with a space heater, a fan, and what can only be described as climate-related trust issues. Then came Adam Eck HVAC. They were easy to schedule, showed up on time (already a miracle these days), communicated clearly, and actually diagnosed and fixed the issue. Apparently the system was capable of heating and cooling all along. Who knew. They've now taken over our biannual HVAC maintenance for the entire property and did a fantastic job with that as well - thorough, professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Now the guesthouse works consistently, our guests no longer need to dress in layers "just in case," and the portable heater has retired. Professional, responsive, honest, and - most importantly - effective. Highly recommend.

Over a year ago I asked Rudy for an estimate to replace our old water heater and AC with heat…read morepumps, keeping our fairly recent gas furnace as backup for cold days. Rudy explained options and came up with a smart plan that allowed us to use most of our fairly recent hot air system. This was much more cost effective than any of the other estimates. Rudy did the work fast, was always on time and the install went very smoothly. A year later I can say with confidence that everything works beautifully. We stayed comfortably warm and cool and the new system is well matched to our solar system. This saved us a lot of money with the current prices for natural gas. About 14 months after the install there was a small hick up in our older backup gas furnace that Rudy fixed within two days and without charge. So I can really recommend Wine County HVAC

Though there were not techs available that day (100% understandable given the holiday) he offered to have space heaters dropped off (incredibly generous). Yesterday morning first thing Boden tech showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue and let us know he'd do everything possible to get the replacement part asap. I thought asap would mean a few days, BUT he took the time during a very busy day to find what we needed from a distributor that had just one left, had it overnighted and came back today to install the new fan motor. I know very little about HVAC as this is my husband's domain (he couldn't be here) and everything that was being done was explained with patience and professionalism. Thank you Boden team for coming to the rescue within a miraculous turn around. A stellar company with stellar service.

Looked over 3 highly rated companies on Yelp for an estimate. All I was looking for was an estimate. Contacted the first two companies. With both, a unexperienced office person answered and both could not give me the estimate I was looking for. Both required a technician to physically check the unit at a cost. It seemed I had no choice but make an appointment with each. Frustrated on knowing I'm going to be paying someone for not fixing the furnace, I contacted Adams Heating to see what they had to offer. Right away, I got a response from the owner in directing me to his tech (Josh). After discussing my situation with him, I cancelled my previous two appointments and made one with Adams. What was the difference??? Simply put ...Integrity and old school values! Josh was honest in his communication and gave me what I exactly wanted, that of an estimate. The problem turned out to be the capacitor and was replaced quickly at a very reasonable price. Throughout the replacement, Josh gave me an quick oversite of the furnace itself which was educating. Should I need any furnace repair in the future, I without any hesitation, will contact Adams once again!
