The billing system charged the processing fee even though I provided my banking information to process an ACH. Adam and Kim both responded to my complaint and hand delivered a refund of the credit card processing fee the next yesterday morning and explained to me that they had implemented a new software program, which had a few bugs in it. They also honored a contract price that we had entered when they did my fall furnace check up. As far as their new service price goes, I can understand how the cost of everything has gone up. Adam and Kim run a first class business. They care about their customers and they do great work. They are committed to fixing their new system and stand by whatever they do.

We stayed comfortably warm and cool and the new system is well matched to our solar system. This saved us a lot of money with the current prices for natural gas. I thought asap would mean a few days, BUT he took the time during a very busy day to find what we needed from a distributor that had just one left, had it overnighted and came back today to install the new fan motor. With both, a unexperienced office person answered and both could not give me the estimate I was looking for. Both required a technician to physically check the unit at a cost. It seemed I had no choice but make an appointment with each. Frustrated on knowing I'm going to be paying someone for not fixing the furnace, I contacted Adams Heating to see what they had to offer. Right away, I got a response from the owner in directing me to his tech (Josh). After discussing my situation with him, I cancelled my previous two appointments and made one with Adams. What was the difference??? Simply put ...Integrity and old school values! Josh was honest in his communication and gave me what I exactly wanted, that of an estimate.
