What we appreciated most (although we appreciated everything they did) was their universal outlook of our dilemma...meaning they didn't just address the immediate issue at hand by placing a plug (or bandaid), but rather guided us how to permanently solve our plumbing issue to avoid further damage in the near future. Jennifer L. is right, they are a bit more expensive than the other cheap plumbers I contacted, but in the end, when it comes to our home cheap just doesn't cut it, but rather quality work and MOD delivered just that.

Additionally he was cheaper and hooray for that. While he was here doing a great job we happened to talk about my hot water heater, it was 22 years old. I asked for a quote to do it as well and his price was reasonable. He updated the straps and added a pressure relief tank too. There was no pressure or upselling at all, I just figured it was time, better to put in a new one than call a plumber at 4:00 AM on a Sunday (when it surely would have chosen to blow). We talked a bit and I learned he has years of experience which means a lot to me. If you'd like to do business with an experienced, pleasurable and down to earth guy who won't gouge you Steve is the guy. I'm keeping this sticker on my water heater for as long as I live in Sonoma!

It is very apparent that Roman's Plumbing's goal is to make sure their clients know and understand their costs, the date and time of your appointment and at the job's completion what exactly Roman did. For twenty years my Dad lived alone. He always called Roman to help with plumbing repairs. We (Dad's out of state family) knew with certainty Roman would take great care of him. And Dad loved "visiting" with Roman. In Dad's later years, when he needed a bit more explanation of the plumbing issues, Roman was kind and patient with him. When it became time to sell Dad's house, we called Roman to fix the plumbing issues called out in the home inspection report. What I appreciated is that Roman took each issue noted by the inspector and gave us as his expert opinion. There was an issue that in his opinion did not need to be addressed. As a realtor, I do know that this is often the case. I am impressed with Roman's transparency and honesty. Roman repaired the plumbing problems quickly and efficiently. Without any reservation, we highly, highly recommend Roman's Plumbing.
