I told her the instructions on the bottle explicitly stated that there is a hose and you can clearly see the indent area on the bottle where the hose is supposed to be. She only reluctantly gave me a refund. And I'm sure just put it back on the shelf so someone else can buy it and get screwed. This lady shouldn't ever have a job involving customer service. She acted like it was her job to insult and drive away customers. If that's the case, good job. Even though I live a block from this store, I'll get what I need from Target, Home Depot or Amazon.
