But when he call to tell me the work was finished he said $900. I almost cried because had he said $900 I would have remembered NINE HUNDRED. That's a price that stands out when you hear it. When he quoted me I honestly think he thought he said $900 but he said $109. He was not hearing it and I never signed anything for him to do the work or agree to the quote. Not very personable either. Well back to looking again. REPLY TO OWNER'S MESSAGE 7/10/17 I have no complaints about the quality of work. I never received a phone call about a final estimate of the repair until I was told I could pick up my car. I also never signed anything to approve the work to be done. Had it not been for this situation I would return.

Charlie was especially helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through my vehicle's service history, explained everything clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. As a woman, I'm always cautious about being taken advantage of at auto shops, but I genuinely felt respected and treated fairly. The pricing was more than reasonable, and I never felt upsold. There was a small mistake during my visit, and they immediately took initiative to correct it without hesitation. That level of accountability meant a lot. As a first-time Porsche owner, it's important to me to feel confident in who's servicing my car, and I absolutely do here. The hospitality, patience, and professionalism stood out. So coincidentally I had my car towed here for repair after getting into a wreck. I don't know anything about cars, but this place was recommended to me by my insurance. I would agree that they aren't the best at keeping in touch with you over-the-phone, but I think the less time spent on talking was spent on working. They did a fantastic job on my car, repairing, cleaning, getting it to run smoothly again. Overall great service! EDIT: I'm bumping up a star for the sake of giving them at least 3 stars, because some reviews incorrectly address the Dealership part of the business rather than the Collision Center.

I took my car here many years ago and I was so happy with every step of the process as well as…read moretheir work. So I did not hesitate to take my car here again when I got hit by another car. I chose a dealership because I had two recalls on my car that I wanted done at the same time. They told me they would handle it and drive it to the dealership after the collision work was completed. Long story short, when I got my car back I was told they didn't do the recalls because they had to order parts for the recall. Well they had more than a week's notice to do that. I have an after market camera they disconnected and left it that way, along with my back camera was left hanging and disconnected as well. Had to order two lauded tape, and do that myself. My car had just been realigned and even after the wreck was still in alignment. It's horribly out of alignment now and when I called to ask them about it. My service manager said, "we didn't touch the front" Well it happened while you had my car! They replaced my truck cover on backwards. No attention to detail. I'll never bring my car back there. I have to now rent a car myself to get the warranty work done. And be inconvenienced when that was the whole reason I chose their dealership to begin with. And I made that clear when I made the appointment. And reiterated that fact to the service manager when I dropped it off, as well.
