The job was so well done that we decided to hire them to repair a wide variety of wood products in our home. The trickiest job was refinishing a built-in, solid oak desk in our kitchen. We were very anxious about this job because our kitchen cabinetry was expensive (custom built by Crown Point Cabinetry). This desk had to be finished on-site. Carlos Arroya, the owner, did a beautiful job preparing the area, sanding and refinishing this table. It looks as good as when Crown Point delivered the table. Carlos also repaired and refinished our exterior side door, dining room table, and several side tables and benches. He also spent a couple of days repairing dings in baseboards and in interior hardwood doors. (Our house is a 1929 Sears bungalow with extensive woodwork throughout.) All in all, he and his team spent about one day offsite and four days onsite working for us. Highly recommended for price, responsiveness, and quality of work.

The following week, a Midland Floor Care team came out and picked up my rugs, both young men were personable and professional. Very nice to deal with. My rugs are taking slightly longer than the usual time to process, but the important thing from a customers service prospective is that Justin is very prompt about replying to phone calls and texts, so I know exactly where things stand.
