We got our instruments and followed her lead, but she was too fast, and disappeared, leaving us in front of a barn-looking building with a sign that read "Hilliker's Pastime." We should have gone home, but we felt an auspicious pull inward. We went in, and were transported to another realm. We drank $2 beers and were taught shuffleboard by our enormous bartender. We were hit on - hard - by 45 year old woman who kept asking us to play our instruments (we did.) We witnessed a near bar fight and listened in as an old timer in a 90s-era Buffalo Bills jacket argued about something that I can't remember.
