The brisket was just as great and just made me blown away that they have mastered so many meats. The smoked cabbage was one of the best sides i've ever had, flavor almost reminds me of smoked green beans. The mac was incredible like the rest of the food. After our meal we spent some time taking to the owners who made me want to stay in Waco just so I could be a regular.
