The issue is that this company is charging consumers top dollar for chicken bones not to mention that my order was also missing items I ordered. Don't get me wrong, the wait staff are busting their tales and always are very friendly. Bush's Chicken on Bosque tonight was the worst that I have had in a while. The chicken was over cooked, the Chicken skin was cooked to where it was hard to eat. The meat also looked like it was cooked in old oil. When I asked the manager he had to ask someone he said every other day. read more

Chicken is awesome. They carry sriracha ketchup - they're my heroes lmao. My sis doesn't like green beans so for her to say she loves it, I had to try it. They weren't super salty and they were so soft and delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside and the meat was moist. My favorite are the corn nuggets. I never had those before coming here. Soo good! I know this should be a normal thing, but I love that my food came out hot. I have not experienced any bad things here so far. The staff is friendly, the place is kept clean. For some reason, we are hooked on their chicken tenders. So, our ritual would be to drop by on Tuesdays when they have a 16 tender box with 4 fluffy rolls, and gravy for $10.99. A great deal especially when they drop a few more bonus tenders in there just because! I find their Sweet Tea a bit much, so consider asking for a half and half which is cut with unsweet tea. Got home and realized I did not receive all items I ordered and paid for. Called the restaurant, she allegedly took my name and assured me I could get the items at no charge on my next visit. I returned within a matter of days. Was told my name was not on the list for orders with missing items. The attendant and manager adamantly refused to provide the missing items at no charge because whom ever I had spoken with did not log the call. Double fail. First when they left out items I ordered and paid for and again when they flatly refused to provide the items when I returned. read more

As were sitting outside waiting to be helped we can see all the workers sitting at the register talking to each other and another one is sitting outside leaning on a car talking to I guess a friend like she doesn't have a job to be doing . Haven't been to a Bush's that wasn't delicious. This isn't pre-made food that has been sitting under a heat lamp all day. This is freshly made, quality food. And it's GOOD, y'all. I've been to this location several times over the past couple of years and have always had a positive experience. Regardless how busy they are - and they do get very busy - service has been prompt. There are plenty of young employees running in and out, checking on customers to make sure they've been taken care of. Prices are decent, quality is high, and the food is delicious. I usually prefer strips, and there's are delicious. Here lately I've been on the low carb diet so eating here is a blessing and a curse. On the one hand I can get chicken and take the skin off - golden! But on the other hand, the skin is so good! I hate not being able to eat it! Their sides are good as well as their chicken. Not only is the chicken some of the best I've ever eaten (flavor, tenderness and portion), couple this quality meal with a freshly baked yeast roll and there you have Bush's. It's truly a hidden gem, a place I look forward to when visiting the area. As fascinating to me is watching the team perform. At first they appear over staffed but as you watch the everyone in action, you truly understand the meaning of teamwork.
