Genuinely one of the friendliest, happiest servers I've had in ages. She kept our glasses full, checked in at just the right times, and somehow made the whole place feel even more welcoming. To top it all off, the head chef actually came out and served our food himself, which was such a cool touch and made the whole experience feel even more personal. You don't see that very often, and it really says something about the people there. The food was brilliant as always, but honestly Hosanna was the highlight. The swamp coolers help to make the area hospitable even in the middle of the summer.
