Terrible. The last few times we have gotten the Tender Tuesday meal, they have gotten my order wrong and are always out of something.

Very poor taste in advertising a 9 11 sale of chicken. Insulting to say the least.

This is the best chicken I've had, great service too. I'm not just comparing Bush's to the other chain restaurants.

I was staying near Waco for a few days, but the area I was in had very limited choices for food. So, I looked up some nearby restaurants in Waco, and found Cajun Craft. It was worth the drive in from where I was staying. From the outside, it doesn't look like much: small parking lot, rusted roof, etc. However, I have found that often conceals some of the best places. An immediate friendly greeting was offered at the door and I was surprised by the quaint setting. There were only a few tables near the bar, but there was a covered patio attached and even more seating outside. The menu offered most of the traditional Cajun dishes at a modest price, but I already knew what I wanted. I ordered the Atchafalaya Catfish, a catfish filet over a bed of rice smothered in crawfish Étouffée. It was amazing. The Étouffée was rich and hearty, with the perfect spice level, maybe the best I have had west of Baton Rouge. The catfish was crisp and golden, giving a great balance to the creamy Étouffée. If you are ever in the Waco area and have a craving for some authentic Cajun cuisine, you must give Cajun Crafts a visit.

Had Steak & Frites and asked for my waitress to have the steak cooked medium. It was brought to me rare. They put us at a corner table literally 8 feet from the kitchen which was very noisy and hard for my wife and I to have a conversation. Waitress, service and food were all unacceptable. Will not be going back! For as much as they charge for lunch or dinner, you would expect better quality food and service. My wife had the Tomato and Peach salad and she complained that the salad had too much pink peppercorns.

Sorryhardto call it a classic gastropub. On another level, it's sort of a new American cafe, and in this particular vein of thinking, it certainly hits a lot of the high notes. The food is well-selected, with a smattering of farm-to-table plates, various proteins, and the classic pub selection of small bites. I really like the outdoor patio. The swamp coolers help to make the area hospitable even in the middle of the summer. I sat outside by myself, not too far from one of those blasting humidifiers, and enjoyed a nice cold beer and a delicious burger. My server was incredibly kind and very attentive. I think, in the long run, what I would most consider Milo to be is a restaurant that has a bar, that serves primarily farm-to-table delicious food. Yeah, that-seems to sum-it all-up. Oh, and the service is excellent.

Thankfully, Yelp absolutely came through clutch (as it usually does) and led us to Our Breakfast Place. We intentionally tried to time things to beat the post-church crowd and I think we mostly succeeded... though there was still a little bit of a wait. Thankfully, this place is absolutely worth the wait! The restaurant was bustling and busy but still had a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. The menu was extensive with tons of tempting breakfast options, the prices were very reasonable to me, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our waitress was so kind and friendly and even the women seated nearby struck up conversation with us while we waited for our food. It just had that warm, community-oriented breakfast spot vibe. I ordered the blueberry lemon pancakes which were a seasonal special and wow, they were fantastic. Sweet but not overly so, fluffy, flavorful, and the combo also came with an egg and I chose two slices of bacon. All delicious and certainly plenty filling. The coffee was strong too, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, this was a five-star breakfast experience and the kind of local spot I love discovering while traveling. If I'm ever back in Waco, I'd happily return.
