Saturday, 8-20-22 around 7:24pm we drive thru at the Sun City, CA location on Bradley Rd, just off the 215 freeway. we CLEARLY ordered the following and employee and screen verified it. 1 Bacon Qtr Cheese, NO American Cheese 1 Crispy Chicken Meal 1 M Sprite TOTAL = $16.40. we wait our turn in the drive thru line. An employee passes what appears to be a medium Sprite to us. (so far, so good) Then, he passes a McDonalds bag with what we assumed was what we ordered. NO SUCH LUCK... We drove home, sat down to eat to find the following in the bag. 1 LITTLE ORDER OF CHILDRENS MCNUGGESTs. 1 Spicy chicken sandwich 1 order of fries. For $16.40, we expected the correct order. This may not sound like a big deal, but we were hungry. While McDonalds may be the largest world wide restaurant chain, less than capable employees to fill a simple order might be your consideration. read more

The Cashiers inside do not listen at all. I've had egg shells in my egg McMuffins over 5 times I'm to the point where I ask and make sure they don't put any shells in it. This location needs some serious help from someone competent. The employees need to be trained on basic listening skills, and basic cashiering skills. Also I got a 10 piece and asked for barbecue and she charged me for two of them I was under the impression if you ordered nuggets you get barbecue, at least that's how it is at every other McDonald's I've ever been to. Not to mention every table in the dining room was disgusting, literal pieces of food on the tables and chairs and stains everywhere it's like no one has cleaned it since the night prior. read more

This location is horrible. We need robot workers instead of paying these kids more $$ to do nothing. Stopped by here after a Dr appt with my kids. Ordered thru the app to pickup curbside. Ordered, got there and selected the parking #. 15min go by and nothing. My oldest and I kept asking ourselves if we should go in to check but I thought nah we don't need to do. We already checked in. 30min later I gave up and went inside. So supposedly we are suppose hit the "FINALIZED" button after we arrive so they can confirm the order. But when I went inside my order was made so ended up with cold ass food. AND there is no finalized button!! I think they were just lazy to walk out 30 steps to hand us our food. One would think that fast food workers would be happier and work harder when their wages went up but unfortunately not the case. The employees at this location looked very grim and miserable. I went inside hoping to get a faster service since the line at the drive thru was super long. One of the employees looked me but didn't acknowledge me as if she doesn't want to be bothered so I decided to use the self service kiosk instead. I went in with a friend on 7/14/2022 and all we wanted was a coke/Diet Coke. There was no one at the counter.....just a sign to order at the kiosk. We did. 10 mins later I went up to the counter. Workers saw me and said nothing to me. The manager was putting things away and asked me if I needed help, never looking at me or giving me time to answer and she walked away. I stood there for 5-7 minutes with no one helping me. 15-17 mins later we got our cokes. Two cars were in the drive through and no one else was waiting for their orders. if i had to break my veganism... it had to be mcdonald's. ive had a good run, but the shamrock shake is back. i had to treat myself with my favorite mcdonald's seasonal drink and i had to get some of mcdonald's greatest hits. mcdonald's very rarely switches around their menu, only thing they'll touch is their baked goods and sweets. i was so excited to see another seasonal addition to their pies. i love the guava and crème, strawberry and crème, and the pumpkin and crème. i was so happy to see that now they have blueberry and crème. they're all seasonal so it's great when they do come in, since im not one to get their apple pie. anyways, i opted to do an order from the mcds app for curbside pickup. it can take longer but i love knowing the food is made fresh and with care, or at least as much as you can expect from mcds. the drive thru line was extremely long so i waited probably 10 minutes. the team member who brought the food out was kind and courteous. i haven't gone to mcdonald's in a while (...a long while) so i was happy to have gotten a good experience this time!! read more

Update: Different day. Same horrible service with missing items. Always, always, always check your order. This location ALWAYS has missing items that you ordered and paid for. Even scarier through a delivery service like UberEats. Don't bother because you'll end up driving over to pick up your missing items anyways. Management needs to change and personnel needs better training ASAP as in yesterday. Too long has this location failed, it's beyond ridiculous. read more

Just wanted to give the staff a "high-five." I ordered a chicken spicy sandwich, and it turned out they didn't have any left. Regardless, all of the staff politely asked if we would like a replacement, or a refund and they promptly refunded the order. The young man who handed me my food....I asked him if there was bbq and sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets and he said yes. Getting home, there were not any sauces in the bag. Says on google they open at 5:00 am but every time I try and get breakfast before work they are not open. I've been here multiple times as late as 5:45 to see the drive through still blocked off and other cars waiting in the parking lot for them to open. If you don't actually open at 5am please change the information given. To start off, this McDonalds always seems to surprise me. Came to dine in and first thing I see as soon as I walk through the doors is both trash cans full literally having trash on the floor because of how filled it is and they also don't give out any trays because they never want to wash them or hand them out. Second floor is always dirty and sometimes even sticky. Third food is always cold never hot, they literally drown their burgers with hella sauce to the point that your burger is just falling apart got patty slipping out every time I take a dam bite, and for some reason the fries never taste fresh they taste like they been sitting for a while. And fourth, their customer service freakin sucks, their rude, they drag feet, and all I hear is them laughing and socializing and im literally on the other side of the store ,as if they don't got a dam job to do I don't know who is the GM here but if you read this your store sucks and you need to get fired! For the price that people pay for their food to sit and enjoy with their families the store should at least be kept clean and workers should be more professional. read more

I ordered at the kiosk because the line was long, only for it to crash right after I paid saying, "Sorry, this kiosk is now closed, please order at the register." It didn't give me a receipt, or anything to tell if my order had been confirmed, and when I checked my bank account, my order was charged and pending. I proceeded to wait about 15 minute in line with one worker coming out every five minutes to take orders. It was quite stressful when one of the workers kept yelling, "GIVE US A MINUTE, WE WILL HELP YOU IN A MINUTE." Finally, when it was my turn at talk to the employee, I decided to ask the worker if I could at least get my order, and all she replied was, "It will decline." Guess what, the order wasn't canceled, it in fact did not decline, and my card was charged. She then told me to order from the other kiosk, but I just left because I am not wasting more money on this place. Honestly, the only thing I really care about is being refunded my money. On Tuesday I thought I'd splurge. Two sausage McMuffin with egg and one hash brown. Total cost $7.75. Today, I ordered the same as Monday. Grand total $7.75. I questioned the girl at the window. She got all flustered and then told me that two "sausage only" McMuffin with hash browns separately would be over $8. There was fries all over the floor and a ton of receipts all over the floor. The tables were sticky and had food on them the numbers all over the tables. The kids in the play area were completely out of control screaming yelling cussing fighting. There were full grown teenagers in there playing on the equipment and talking inappropriately.
