Stopped here for something quick while traveling through. Burger, fries and fish sandwich lukewarm, garbage in lobby overflowing and had to clean a table. Used restroom and stalls overflowing with waste in the garbage there as well. Also saw someone pull a cup out of garbage and come in back door to fill it with soda. I realize it's McDonalds but it doesn't take much to take out garbage and serve annoy burger. read more

Stopped here for first time in about 2 years since my 1 star review Store has been remodeled ( most of same crew works there ) Speed of service seems ti have improved but it was 6 am and very few customers As for the homless, they were noticeably missing BUT it was 18 degrees and very early Having said that, a guy hit me up for 25 cents "cuz its all he needed to have enough for coffee" I gave him the quarter read more

Super nice staff the other night when we stopped, also just super slow! No idea if something was broken or what was going on but it took over ten minutes to get a couple ice creams and one diet soda. The staff apologized but we really just needed to get back on the road. read more

I stopped by this Mc Donald's in Brookings Oregon to get a frappe. When I tried ordering a frappe it at the speaker pedestal the lady said we don't have frappe's right now so I ordered a diet coke. After waiting in a long line I finally arrived at the the ordering window at 2:40 pm on 02/19/2023 and talked to the lady who said we don't have frappe's right now. I said that is all I wanted but am have been stuck in line for something I did not come here to get. I asked lady that took my order "do you ever pit out a sign that says you are not serving Frappe's right now?" She rudely stated "No we don't do that". I said too bad because you have a customer who came for that one item and got stuck in line because you don't let the customer know that your frappe machine is broke before the customer gets in a long slow moving cars. Then I got to the next window to get my diet soda and waited there for a few minutes while that employee struggled with the soda machine, she never talked to me to let me know what was going on, the window stayed closed the whole time, finally I left without my soda. If you want a friendly well run business to stop at for a drink and or food you should look for another place. Hopefully the manager will read this and do so training and solve this frustrating problem. read more

For "fast food" they're always so slow. We've gone twice this summer, first time took 36 minutes to get our food and the order was wrong. This weekend we went through drive thru and they forgot 2 of our chicken sandwiches after we were asked to pull aside and wait an additional 16 minutes from the time we actually got to the food window. I went in with the receipt and waited for a few more minutes to be acknowledged by anyone, then the guy rudely bagged our 2 sandwiches that were still sitting there and didn't even apologize. Then we got home and I checked out my cheese less cheeseburger and tried to decide how a burger patty can shrivel into something that tiny and gross... Won't be back, I'd rather cook dinner then waste almost an hour in the car and $34 on crap. read more

NOT HAVE AGAIN: I wouldn't go back to this McDonald's because the men's restroom was dirty and the dryer was broken, indicating there is no way to dry your hands before going back into the kitchen. read more

Super friendly and sweet employees. Service was good but really slow. Order was correct and tasty.

I had bad experience, dirty restaurants for that day. I hope in the future will be better

Ok I know its McDonald's so theres not much to say but God damn their service was A one today!

This is the worst food I have had in my entire life. They not only messed up my order (asked for chicken burger with no mayonnaise or tomato, add bacon and cheese) I got a mayonnaise filled hard chicken patty meal with tomato and no bacon or cheese, the fries were undercooked, my mouth got sore from chewing on the hard chicken patty, the soda was flat and watery, and to top it off, the fries were unseasoned. I wish I could give it -1 star. read more

Me and some friends came here knowing how bad the reviews were.......... and Wow, I don't know if there's been a change in management but when my friends and I left we had ALL said that this was the BEST McDonalds we've been too. Very clean, (COVID-19 Clean), and the FRIENDLIEST service, especially Kristen (hope I spelled that right). We were very pleased with our experience here and our standards were so low because of the reviews. Looks like this place is turning things around!:) read more

One of the cleaner, nicer-looking, all-around better McD I have been to. But why, in God's name, do they suddenly have "table service" for eat-in orders? All it does is make you wait longer to get your food! read more

Cool looking McDonald's and they had a screen where you could order before everyone else that didn't want to use it. Anyways, what a joke, took over 25 min to get my two happy meals for my kids. The place is packed because they can't keep up and they have tons of workers in the back. There was spilled drinks that no one cleaned up the whole time I was there, and when I left It was still there after thirty minutes. I didn't even see one person cleaning off the tables. They have outlets where I guess you can plug in your phone or computer right by the window, kind of cool but nothing but homeless people sitting there looking at the free internet with there 10 year old notebooks and one lady reading a book not even eating. I hate Yreka, what a fucking shit hole. I hate McDonald's to begin with now I will never go there. Great place for the homeless lol Good job managers. read more

This McDonald's is one of the cleanest I've been in. They also have lots of outlets, which is great, because I needed to charge my phone. For a fast food restaurant, they make some food, but what really sets this location apart, is how lovely the staff are. Especially Tammy, (or Tania, I didn't get a great look at her name tag, because she was moving around helping guests), she was super polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

It was late sunday evening...and my friends and i wanted a quick snack before we headed home. It was 9:30 and we had a half an hour to get home, so we thought mcdonalds would be a quick and simple stop. boy were we wrong, we got in and ordered within five minutes. It is now 9:50 and we are still waiting. Better luck next time! read more

Wow Just wow we asked for extra buffalo sauce and the Manager Sam charged me for extra sauce. Ridiculous. Awful customer service we didn't get ketchup for our fries after we asked read more

Every single time I have gone since the new owners I have had a problem with not getting my whole order. I do not go there often. I went in one day when I had my grandson, asked for a Happy Meal. Got home and did not have apples or the milk. I called gave them my name. Came back a couple days later and went inside, left got home and didnt have fries. Then the other night after art class I thought a chocolate sundae sounded goid, how could they mess that up? Well they did. Went to drive up window, ordered, there were 2 cars in front of me, sat in line for 10 minutes, paid got my sundas and they were melted and leaking out of container. Will not go back there again. read more

Cheyenne Nelson is one of my favorite food service workers there. She goes above and beyond for all the customers. She makes sure to handle herself in a professional manner. I've seen some workers get very impatient with the customer's and even walk away from customer's. read more

Friendly and fast but they brought the large trash can from the kitchen through the lobby and behind the front counter after emptying it, which is a health code violation. It should have been taken out through the back door. read more

The folks working the morning drive thru are usually friendly and efficient. Other than that, this place is not worth stopping. Service is slow and rude. Food is usually cold. Pick up something at the gas station to tide you over until you get to the next town. read more

Road trip. Ordered on kiosk, FINALLY got the order, drove off, got the completely wrong order annnd the fries were cold. Never again

Terrible old food and bAd service coming from someone who worked here DONT eat it. Or check your veggies on your burger TRUST me I was forced to sell 2 week old tomatoes and wash off mold. Not to mention of you do complain they wait for you to go out of ear shot and just proceed to talk bad about you it's very rude. I'm glad I don't work here anymore but when I did I definitely told everyone I knew not to eat here! Even when the sewer backed up we would still have to walk around and slosh in it! Even though CA law states were supposed to closed the store but we NEVER did! We served food out our windows with shit water at our feet! DISGUSTING! read more

Everyone is so nice here! This McDonald's has a great family atmosphere. I feel like I am visiting friends every time I go. Sometimes, in the drive-through, I have been given treats for my dogs. I visit this McDonald's multiple times a week, and the food is yummy and consistent. The staff here work very hard to feed thousands of people. And, they do it with a smile. Also, the owners are awesome and are open to all questions or comments. You can even contact them on their cellphone, and they will listen! Do come visit this McDonald's whether you live in town, or are just passing through. Bravo! read more

I am unsure what the negative comments are all about but perhaps we caught them at a good time. We stopped here for breakfast and it is a "normal" and clean McDonald's restaurant. No complaints. read more

Slow service. Cold food. Attitude. Every time. Save yourself and go to any of the many close by options

This is a nice clean McDonald's. The staff is friendly. It's a great place to stop for some food and use their restroom while traveling on I-5. read more

This McDonald's was fresh. It was like how it used to feel when McDonald's was still new and fun, like what you looked forward to on a long drive to your grandparent's house. It's kind of unexplainable. And so cheap. read more

We go here a lot, they usually serve us in decent time, and we haven't dealt with bad orders yet. Everything tasted good. Its a lot easier to get in and out of this drive-thru (and the location) than Burger King. Great place to get a bite to eat quickly and for a low price (well at least in the dollar menu). Their fries have always been fresh, and the other food too. But I've only gone through the drive-thru, I've never gone in. Or used the bathroom. So I can't really speak for that. I hate going inside fast food places, so I almost never do, lol. read more

best mcdonald's everrr!!! open early (5am) really good service and quality! really appreciate the early opening (traveler) ty

Staff was friendly, the men's restroom was clean, and the food was, well, McDonald's...The whole building has been remodeled and includes an indoor playground. Shout out to Peggy--she was very attentive and kept the dining area super clean during our stay. read more

Beware of scruffy people begging at back door. They are always there and a bit rude about expecting money

Missing food items. They charge for extra sauce but won't give it to you. They have not mastered the art of bagging food. They put stuff sideways causing major leaks everywhere thus ending in a mushy, mess in a bag which eventually tears as you place it on the dining table. Although most of the employees provide adequate service I won't return to any of their locations. read more
