For "fast food" they're always so slow. We've gone twice this summer, first time took 36 minutes to get our food and the order was wrong. This weekend we went through drive thru and they forgot 2 of our chicken sandwiches after we were asked to pull aside and wait an additional 16 minutes from the time we actually got to the food window. I went in with the receipt and waited for a few more minutes to be acknowledged by anyone, then the guy rudely bagged our 2 sandwiches that were still sitting there and didn't even apologize. Then we got home and I checked out my cheese less cheeseburger and tried to decide how a burger patty can shrivel into something that tiny and gross... Won't be back, I'd rather cook dinner then waste almost an hour in the car and $34 on crap. read more

Ok I know its McDonald's so theres not much to say but God damn their service was A one today!

This is the worst food I have had in my entire life. They not only messed up my order (asked for chicken burger with no mayonnaise or tomato, add bacon and cheese) I got a mayonnaise filled hard chicken patty meal with tomato and no bacon or cheese, the fries were undercooked, my mouth got sore from chewing on the hard chicken patty, the soda was flat and watery, and to top it off, the fries were unseasoned. Me and some friends came here knowing how bad the reviews were.......... and Wow, I don't know if there's been a change in management but when my friends and I left we had ALL said that this was the BEST McDonalds we've been too. Very clean, (COVID-19 Clean), and the FRIENDLIEST service, especially Kristen (hope I spelled that right). Cool looking McDonald's and they had a screen where you could order before everyone else that didn't want to use it. Anyways, what a joke, took over 25 min to get my two happy meals for my kids. The place is packed because they can't keep up and they have tons of workers in the back. There was spilled drinks that no one cleaned up the whole time I was there, and when I left It was still there after thirty minutes. I didn't even see one person cleaning off the tables. They have outlets where I guess you can plug in your phone or computer right by the window, kind of cool but nothing but homeless people sitting there looking at the free internet with there 10 year old notebooks and one lady reading a book not even eating. I hate Yreka, what a fucking shit hole. I hate McDonald's to begin with now I will never go there. Great place for the homeless lol Good job managers. read more

This McDonald's is one of the cleanest I've been in. They also have lots of outlets, which is great, because I needed to charge my phone. For a fast food restaurant, they make some food, but what really sets this location apart, is how lovely the staff are. Especially Tammy, (or Tania, I didn't get a great look at her name tag, because she was moving around helping guests), she was super polite and friendly. It was 9:30 and we had a half an hour to get home, so we thought mcdonalds would be a quick and simple stop. boy were we wrong, we got in and ordered within five minutes. Every single time I have gone since the new owners I have had a problem with not getting my whole order. I do not go there often. I went in one day when I had my grandson, asked for a Happy Meal. Got home and did not have apples or the milk. I called gave them my name. Came back a couple days later and went inside, left got home and didnt have fries. Then the other night after art class I thought a chocolate sundae sounded goid, how could they mess that up? Well they did. Went to drive up window, ordered, there were 2 cars in front of me, sat in line for 10 minutes, paid got my sundas and they were melted and leaking out of container. Cheyenne Nelson is one of my favorite food service workers there. She goes above and beyond for all the customers. She makes sure to handle herself in a professional manner. I've seen some workers get very impatient with the customer's and even walk away from customer's. read more

Everyone is so nice here! This McDonald's has a great family atmosphere. I feel like I am visiting friends every time I go. Sometimes, in the drive-through, I have been given treats for my dogs. I visit this McDonald's multiple times a week, and the food is yummy and consistent. The staff here work very hard to feed thousands of people. And, they do it with a smile. Also, the owners are awesome and are open to all questions or comments. You can even contact them on their cellphone, and they will listen! Do come visit this McDonald's whether you live in town, or are just passing through. Bravo! read more

Terrible old food and bAd service coming from someone who worked here DONT eat it. Or check your veggies on your burger TRUST me I was forced to sell 2 week old tomatoes and wash off mold. Not to mention of you do complain they wait for you to go out of ear shot and just proceed to talk bad about you it's very rude. We go here a lot, they usually serve us in decent time, and we haven't dealt with bad orders yet. Everything tasted good. Its a lot easier to get in and out of this drive-thru (and the location) than Burger King. Great place to get a bite to eat quickly and for a low price (well at least in the dollar menu). Their fries have always been fresh, and the other food too. But I've only gone through the drive-thru, I've never gone in. Or used the bathroom. So I can't really speak for that. I hate going inside fast food places, so I almost never do, lol. read more

Staff was friendly, the men's restroom was clean, and the food was, well, McDonald's...The whole building has been remodeled and includes an indoor playground. Shout out to Peggy--she was very attentive and kept the dining area super clean during our stay. read more

Missing food items. They charge for extra sauce but won't give it to you. They have not mastered the art of bagging food. They put stuff sideways causing major leaks everywhere thus ending in a mushy, mess in a bag which eventually tears as you place it on the dining table. Although most of the employees provide adequate service I won't return to any of their locations. read more
