I spoke with Cody about items that weren't available and how he replaced items with my permission. He made my experience welcoming, simple. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis as well as Mental Health issues. I won't be having the panic attacks and when I am unable to shop, I can pick them up. I suggest you at least give them a one day advance or at least give them time to fill your order if it is over 100$ Thank you so much Raley's for providing this service and most of all for Cody at the Fort Jones Rd Store who knowledgeable and Fabulous. Today when I entered the weed California grocery outlet I was summarily asked to leave and told I could never shop there again. Even though my dog has been thoroughly trained to disregard extraneous stimulants. I was not asked to leave. I was told to leave under conditions that I would consider assault. That is loud voices commands, overbearing authority and plain rudeness. I left the store because the confrontation with the clerks was becoming either a slugfest or a shootout. These are the most rude people I have ever encountered. I understand from the weed California police that the owner Rodney Barr cares for his own disabled brother. Maybe he should tell his employees. I will be trying to contact the owner. This deserves more attention than he's been paying to his store. It's outrageous

I had a recent incident with a purse puppy that snapped at me. Two, the handicap services here suck. There are plenty of handicapped spots in the parking lot, but at times there are no empty ones because idiots take the spots that are so marked, leaving customers like me (fibromyalgia) and hubby (who is an amputee) to park out in the middle of lot. Not one employee cares about that. If you are lucky enough to get a scooter inside, as you shop you can see kids riding them like toys, which means people who really need them can't use them.
