Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Yreka, California

If I could give zero stars, I would. Short staffed, short of food. For the staff that were there, they moved at a glacial pace. They ran out of several necessary ingredients (like cheese!). The lead had to take off to the Taco Bell in Weed to borrow the items they were missing. Waited 30 min for a taco supreme and had to walk out with a refund and no food. If you're passing thru Yreka like I was, keep driving. read more

Waited in the drive thru 40 MINUTES! Service was fine but wait was not. PISSED! No fast food place should ever take this long!

Got in line at the drive thru 06/01/2026 at 4:45pm. I was the THIRD person in line. I waited 30 minutes before getting out of my car and going inside and asking what was going on. The person at the register (taller male, long dark hair) said "it's not our fault it takes so long when another customer orders 50 items!". I told him they could park the car in the front, so that at least the rest of us could leave. He again yelled and said "we're not allowed to do that!". Regardless of if that's actually a rule, I've been parked MANY times and that's NOT how you talk to somebody. read more

You guys need to get better! Ive been there twice this week and both times Ive waited well over 30 mins for my order. Tonight my fiance ordered us food. A quesadilla and a Mexican pizza meal, and he got parked, like it was a 20 item order. This is ridiculous. read more

Slow took almost 20 min in line bad service never had to wait so long..took my hole lunch just to get my food

Food was good, guy at window seemed a little off... didn't get drink and 1 food item we ordered

Been waiting on the drive through for 20 minutes now on wed at 6:00 for one Crunchwrap while our other food from McDonald's is getting cold horrible drive through Car in front of us just drove off probably because it too so dang long read more

What's up: We were getting hungry and were charging nearby at the Tesla Supercharger. After a quick look around for food choices, we decided on tacos. Parking: Plenty of parking available. This place is a bit tucked away towards the back and the place was empty. There's a spot up front dedicated for mobile pickup. Environment: Walking in, the inside was also empty. We had placed a mobile order prior to arriving and it was a bit of wait before our order was up. Restrooms are located to the right of the order counter will require a code, just ask a staff member. The mobile order pick is on the far left of the counter, near the drinks machine. What was ordered: - Soft Taco (it was decent. Be sure to add hot sauce for more flavor) Yay/Nay/Meh: Meh. Overall, it was alright. Considering there wasn't anyone else there, the food took a while before it came out. Taste of the food is as expected. Credit cards are accepted. read more

yreka taco bell thinks im made of money.... no I am not. my order became almost twice as expensive when I set my pickup location for this Taco Bell. I expect better from a company that has taught me that patronage is something businesses should respect. you used to be cool, used to shred. not anymore buddy. read more

Taco Bell - Entrance - Fast Food Near Me - Yreka, California

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. I've been sitting in the drive through for over a half hour I'm not sure whose managing this place but you need to change its fast food. Everything is premise pre cooked this should take less than three minutes per order and I've watched car after car wait for 10 minutes or more What ever your doing is wrong change how things are done read more

I went through the drive-thru and apparently the girl thought it would be funny to just make fun of everything I'd ask for from a number 10 to a number two to a number 13 and then she says anything else. I said sure I'll have some cinnamon twists and she said hot sauce or mild and I said it twice. She was terrible. I'd fire her today read more

The food was delicious.... however this review is about the service! I had a terrible evening late softball game, a daughter that hurt her knee and we just needed to get out of there. The workers easily could have let me walk out the door with two very disappointed daughters but instead they went out of their way to accommodate me. Maybe they just didn't want tears in their lobby but that was not the vibe I got, they truly seemed to want to help me out. I was a little rude and stressed and their customer service put a silver lining on a rough night. read more

This store is very very bad on serivce. On August 13 at appx 11.30 pm we placed our dinner order at this place. Man.... This Taco Bell needs to shut down. Employees seriously don't care to take or place orders. Not a single car moved on drive thru line for half n hour. Management needs to look into this, reading this thread seems like this is ongoing problem. read more

Every time I come here my order is messed up. "No ice" "No tomato" "Add sour cream" Shouldn't be hard accommodations. Been here 3 times now and won't be going back. They also catch an attitude when you let them know something was wrong read more

Zero star if I could give. Worst and slow service. Received an order of 5 items after 25 mins and shredded chicken burrito came as in the picture( half eaten?, is it a burrito, taco??). Was given a replacement later, but still service is very poor read more

Extremely poorly managed and inconsistent location for taco bell. Interior cleaning is hit or miss. Slowest drive thru in this city. Frequently out of items and has machinery problems. Absolutely do not recommend. read more

So I went to this place to get some crunchy tacos. They were completely out of beef. I would think that they are seeing they're getting low and place an order for beef. We decided to just pass the drive thru line. read more

Entire staff needs to be either retrained or replaced. While standing at the counter waiting to have our order taken, observed 5 employees joking around, screaming and using foul and offensive language. The restaurant was filthy with food on the floor and napkins and straw wrappers everywhere. The cashier finally decided to take our order and proceeded to joke around and tell us they were out of almost everything.... Which turned out to be not true. While dining in this restaurant we had to listen to the most foul and offensive language and the drive thru persons impersonation of all the customers in the drive thru. It was quite the horrible experience. read more

Absolutely horrible. I purchased a Crunch Wrap Supreme. It was anything but a Crunch Wrap. I threw it away and made a sandwich. They should be embarrassed. I'll never go back. read more

Please dear god staff this Taco Bell I stopped to get food and these poor bastards only had two people on shift and they seemed so stressed management needs to fix their shit and realize this is a Taco Bell not a drive thru coffee stand read more

Ive been here a couple of times. Some good and not so good days. This time I ordered a crunch wrap and it was disappointing. There was no sour cream, no tomatoes, and barely any meat or cheese. Looks like a good amount of lettuce but it was only this one bite lol. The rest of it was bland and flat. All I could taste was the flat tortilla inside and the flour tortilla on the outside. Although the employees are super friendly and sweet, Im never coming here again. read more

Hey manager of this location. The person who were working 30 mins ago needs to be fired! When I pulled up to the drive thur window 55 minutes before closing at 1am, the worker ignored us completely. I knocked on window and waited then i saw the worker took a peek at us and left. What the hell?! I had a long drive and was very hungry. Lazy worker! read more

Slowest fast food I've ever had... Put together sloppy which would be fine if it came out quickly, but not after 30-40 minutes... Dirty and disgusting inside the store, DeClerk (owner) should be ashamed! Building should be shut down until they can build a team and do some cleaning. read more

Redicoulsly slow almost every time I go, which is not often. Should be called slow food. They always say they are short staffed. That may or may not be true. It probably is true these days nobody wants to work anymore lazy bastards. Anyway if your business can't perform somewhat normally reasonably shut the damn thing down. I swear I waited again tonight for nothing for the last time!! Yreka Taco Bell sucks!! read more

Incredibly inconsistent. Closes upwards of two hours before the time they're supposed to. Burritos were cold, and we asked for extra cheese and didn't get it, but also wanted no onions but got them anyways. Overpriced drinks, nearly four dollars for a fountain soda. Snappish employees. Bad experience all around. read more

Lord of the flies. Employees touching their faces and adjusting their bras, or just standing around while the orders pile up. Beyond disgusting. Waited 30 minutes before canceling order (my bad, should have done it way sooner). Do not make a run for this border! Now I need a shower. read more

Very friendly staff and food was amazing!! Bathrooms were clean, so was dining room!! Keep up the great work!

Wish I could give a negative star. This was a pit stop on a road trip. Please DO NOT go here! Slowest "fast food" I have ever EVER been to. We waited over 30 mins for our food. This was supposed to be a quick pit stop. Set us back on time to our destination. I don't know if the staff was new, or the people were slow (they did not look short staffed), but it was the slowest I have every experienced. 30 mins for 3 tacos, 1 Mexican pizza, 1 Gordita. Everyone else was so upset they started asking for refunds. Also the water is scalding hot in the sink FYI. Go to mcds instead. You can order mobile or through the kiosk and pick up. The staff was nice tho. So that gets 1 Star...... read more
