This place is great. We call it the Winsted Starbucks cause they have good coffee. The kids who all work there are very nice and attentive. I always have a nice experience and the fries come out piping hot. Nice new interior and they wear cool vintage McDonald's Tshirts. read more

The restaurant had been improved lately a ton. They're less likely to mess up orders and food has been prepared with haste. The inside of the restaurant remains clean and there's still plenty of seating areas. Shout out to whoever has been working the shifts around 7:00-8:00 PM, you make the best Big Macs I've ever had. read more

they never have the correct items, and when they give you a substitute for it, it's cold‍. This place gets me tight everytime i come.

So this is four stars for a McDonald's, compared to other McDonald's in the area. I've always found it to be clean and condiments well stocked, there's never a big wait for food, and the drive through is open 24/7. I'm not quite sure why on that one, but it has definitely come in handy for a late night drive back from the airport! read more

Only because 0 wasn't an option. I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles tonight... I bit into a huge bite full pickles. Okay. I hate that but it happens. Here's the problem: I went back through the drive through and VERY nicely asked if I could get a new cheeseburger. The guy behind the counter was very nice - of course, no problem, etc. When I open the new burger ... it's my last cheeseburger back with the cheese pulled off and pickles removed. Gross. Seriously?!?! And of course no receipt in the bag so I don't know who to report. But it was within the last 10 minutes today. read more

my chicken sandwich was raw, and the bacon was debatably raw. So I asked for another one and there was almost as much bacon grease as there was ketchup. I used to work at a fast food restaurant it's not that hard. Simply put the gas station next to McDonalds would be more sufficient. read more

Well I am glad they didn't screw up my #9 two cheeseburger meal with no pickle added bacon, but wth with the fries I ordered a large and a medium to split the meal. quick and easy stop! everything was correct which was awesome! My daughter got her kids meal and enjoyed her peer rabbitt you. My fiancé and I like our burgers also, quick bite! Only not giving 5 stars cause manager seemed to be frustrated with the employees in front of customers and there were only 3'people in line. read more

This McDonalds has to have the slowest drive thru times and constant messing up the order. Multiple times I've been asked to pull up to the side to wait for a drive thru order. I recently tried ordering by mobile app to see if it would be any better. The food came out quicker but only because they screwed up the order. Apparently no one can read the large print on the order label. read more

Im giving this establishment a very low rating due to the lack of cleanliness. I'll explain below. The exterior and interior are very nice...quiet inside, nice flat screen TV's. Staff was nice and friendly. The drinks filling area was dirty along with most of the tables there. The floors were covered in food and I didn't notice until we were about to leave that where we were sitting there were French fries on the ground and there were a lot of ants. There seems to be no sense of urgency to clean. We visited the restaurant at 430 PM so it wasn't as if there was no time bcuz it was busy. There were a total of 6 people in the restaurant. read more

Orders are always wrong in the drive through, rude staff....and well it McDonald's so it generally sucks ass anyhow so what do ya expect?

I frequent this local MickyD's when I'm up in Connecticut. Their Newman's Own coffee is 10x better than the coffee in NYC, and I loveee the NYC coffee. This organic coffee is strong and robust. I love it. They usually get my order correct of no sugar and just cream. So that's another reason to like it even more. read more

This well known restaurant chain never fails to disappoint. Should you be so desperate to eat foods at this establishment they will be prepared quickly. Every few months I feel it is time to punish myself for eating too many vegetables and I will order an egg sausage and cheese on an English muffin. I talk myself into the order with touted improvements such as real egg and real butter (try not to think too much about what was used before this change). As I drive away with my morning treasure, too often I will bite into a hard morsel which occupies my mind for the next quarter hour of how cartilage was ground into the sausage and what else had gone past my teeth without my notice. After the meal has been consumed, for several minutes, hours and days the indigestion and nausea along with the self loathing will keep you thinking about your meal at this restaurant. read more

Don't go at night. Coming back from the airport. Each (2) car ahead waited 5+ minutes for their order and when I got up to the window they must've just have not known the order had been placed long ago. Now I waited 5+ minutes for mine. I guess they can only cook one burger at time and don't start it until you get to the window. No tape in the receipt machine (expense account). The clerk seemed to be in a hurry and between us we dropped the order on the ground. I pulled ahead to munch the burger and the car behind me was still waiting after i had finished. read more

After waiting over 20 minutes for my food and asking for my money back after 20 minutes I was walked away from by one of the cashiers. My order wasn't even what I had ordered. I ordered a wrap with grilled chicken and it came with crispy. I will not be returning. read more

This review is mostly for the staff. It's McDs so you already know the product youre recieving. I've had some issues here about a year ago. I swore I wasn't returning. I've been here a handful of times over the last couple months and I'm pleasantly surprised to see a much better crew. I waited about 8 min for a sandwich and a coffee. It's Friday night and the drive thru has about 20 cars waiting. About 20 more ppl inside waiting. Staff was working at maximum pace and things looked to be going smoothly. I'm perfectly ok with how this trip and recent trips have been. Keep it up!! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. You could be the only one there and a simple order will take ten minutes, with a good chance it is wrong. Slower than molasses employees and uncaring management. It's fairly clean, that's about the only plus. Kids hang out there at night in a poorly lit parking lot making it uncomfortable. Too bad the next closest fast food joint is 10 miles away and only diners that close after lunch and Chinese and pizza places left. read more

Most uneducated staff. Immature. Don't know what they're doing. The drive-thru line always takes 15-25 min. There has been several times where myself or someone I know have waited AT LEAST 15 min in the drive thru and then been asked to pull forward to the designated parking areasto wait another 10-20min for food... Food is always cold when we do get it. Never have biscuits for the breakfast food. I was inside one day and there was a staff member eating fries while cleaning the trays. There was 4 days in the summer where you could only pay by cash bc the debit card machine was broken on the register... four days is not acceptable. Please change staff and/or have a training on what is to be expected. When you wait that long for fast food, it is not fast food read more
