Super messy on the inside. There was orange sofa all over the drink station. Our chicken nuggets were cold. Our fries were fresh but salted beyond our abilities to eat them. If we had not been on the road already with a long drive ahead of us I would have taken the food back and had them redo our order. Road trips remind me why I only eat fast food on road trips. I stopped by the McDonald's drive through while traveling for a snack. It seemed as though there was only one young adult who was running the restaurant by himself. He was taking orders, taking money, and preparing the food with no help. All my order was, was 3 vanilla cones and a small soft drink. I sat in the car waiting for my order for close to 15 minutes. On top of everything, I paid with cash, when he asked me if I would like my change back. Obviously he probably wouldn't have sold me my food if I had been even a few cents short! I gave this one star because in the end I found it humorous when the young man attending me told me that I waited so long because another employee had quit the job on the spot. read more

Traveling back home with my daughter and we stopped for a quick snack and to use the restroom. I must say I have never been into such a disgusting restaurant before! I was beyond disgusted with how dirty this place was. As soon as we walked in the door the entire floor was covered in black marks and was sticky, as we proceeded to the restroom I could not believe the stickiness and how black the floor was in there. It was covered in urine around the urinal and there was literally wadded up paper of some sort thrown in the urinal and trash everywhere! The bathroom stall was basically unusable it was so disgusting trash all over and feces all inside the toilet and splattered on the seat. All of the floor was more toilet paper unraveled and stuck in the corners behind the toilet. The sink was just as dirty and the mirror was splattered and the entire restroom smelt like urine! Then I don't even know what I was thinking ordering food because I went around to order us a drink and a snack and behind the counter was just as nasty! So I figured I would be safe with a drink and some fries since nothing else looked open. After ordering I went to the drink counter that was another story. I don't know how this place is open or passed a health inspection with it being this dirty. This restaurant definitely needs to be professionally deep cleaned! There is no excuse! read more

My grandpa went through the drive thru this morning and ordered two breakfast burritos. When he opened them you could tell they were horribly put together with all the ingredients outside of the burrito and it wasn't even properly folded. He went inside to address the issue and the lady was very very rude to him. She acted as if she didn't care and there was no remorse. When she handed him a new one she said "throw the other one away on your way out." The customer service is very disappointing at this location. A simple "I'm sorry! Let me take that and make you a new one" would have been way better than what happened. They need to learn how to treat customers with respect. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I never ever leave reviews for any company, even when they are awful, but I can't let this one slide. My husband and I stopped in the drive thru to grab a quick bite to eat as we're on our way to Nashville, TN. We order two McMuffins and two breakfast burritos and two coffees. Everything was fine until I get two bites into my burrito and am abruptly halted by something extremely hard. I spit out my bite and there's a FULL SIZE SCREW in my burrito! Go back in to show them and complain, ask for the manager, he apologizes and only refunds the burrito! $1.79!? Obviously this isn't going to suffice for what happened to me, and thank the lord I didn't swallow it! My husband goes back in to get a full refund and they try accusing us of putting the screw in the burrito ourselves!? What I assume was a manager said, "if there were a screw in there, the microwave would have blown up." WHAT!? I'm moving out of state, you think I have time to make something like this up? NO! If that's the case, then the screw was put it after it was in the microwave, which would be a whole other situation we need to handle. They then get who i assume is the general manager, and she gives a full refund of the meal but I am now completely scarred, my teeth hurt, and I will NEVER go to another McDonald's again. This situation was handled so poorly and the outcome could have been far worse. One trip to McDonald's could have cost my life or my husbands life had that screw been swallowed! This isn't about leaving stars, this is about bringing awareness to the situation that happened so it doesn't happen to someone else, let alone a child. Came here at 10:30p.m. Their hours state they close at 11:00p.m. They proceeded to ignore us and not respond to our "hello's", we repeated ourselves several times and waited several minutes in hopes of a response. We came thru Wilcox on 12/26 and thought we'd stop for lunch. Nothing complicated - Big Mac and fish sandwich, couple drinks, fries, and 2 apple pies. We ordered at the kiosk. 20 min later still no food!! In asking about it at the counter we could see it was still on the board and they were processing other orders after ours. Oh my, they missed that. We asked for our money back. Oh no, they're processing our order right now. Then we got it at rocket speed. But just to make sure let's check the bag. I order my fish sandwich with leaf lettuce and tomatoes. Golly gosh, no lettuce. So the manager grabbed the box and took it back to an employee to get the leaf lettuce. It was right on top of the sandwich box that it needed tomato and leaf lettuce. The manager even gave us 3 McDonald coupons for a free breakfast, lunch, or dinner extra value meal. She says it can be used at any McDonalds but it's listed on the card that it's only good at 5 AZ cities. We're on vacation! The chance of us using these cards - close to 0 We went out to the car, took off and started to eat lunch. The bun on my fish sandwich was ROCK HARD. I had to take the top off and eat it open face. The fish looked like it had been pressed down, the outside of the fish looked bubbly with grease. McDonalds has always been one of those places you go where you know what you're getting. Very disappointed with this McDonald's. When placing our order they kept rushing us through and interrupting. then items that we wanted they said they didn't have then they ended up having. When we went to the drive-through window to pick up our food the girl gave us the wrong order and we handed it back to her she was very irritated. We asked to confirm what was in the bag she said "food" very rude and she handed us our food and she said thank you and shut the window on us. We needed catch -up, And jelly. The manager handed it to us and she was very rude. The fries were cold. Egg McMuffin wasn't cooked all the way. The ham tasted old. There was no straws for our two drinks. The food was gross. We ordered a burger and it had mold on the buns. Then we ordered some buttermilk tenders and they were burnt and too hard to eat. If I could have given this location a negative number of stars I would. The employees are rude, the order is usually wrong, and the food quality is terrible even for McDonalds. Every single time we go here something is wrong with our order. This particular visit the kiosk didn't spit out a receipt. I mentioned it to an employee who shrugged and said "oh well, it should have" and walked away. When we got the order it was missing something. . I of course didn't have a receipt. They finally looked it up and said they'd give me another of the missing item. Asked to speak to someone in charge. Someone dressed in black came up (who had no name on their tag) and said they can't reprint kiosk receipts and if there was a way they were never trained on it. I asked who was in charge. She told me fill out the survey on the receipt. I pointed out that no receipt was part of the problem. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a sweaty receipt belonging to someone else, then walked away. When we got home the food was terrible. The one quarter pounder tasted burned an only tasted like mustard. I refuse to eat the other because considering how rude they were they probably spit in it. (I worked in restaurants for years, it does happen). The fries were overcooked and so salty as to be almost inedible. Every.single.time we go to this location there is a major issue with our order. I am not sure why this McDonald's got bad reviews. I stopped by here on our way back home to Southern California. Everyone here is very friendly, respectful, and very helpful. We were greeted by all of the staff pretty much. The cashier took our food to our table, when we were leaving one of the employees cleared our table when "I" insisted that she didn't have to, but she continues to do so. This is the BEST experience I have ever had at any McDonald's. It was very to cute to see about 7 old men sitting what looked like to be the same table for breakfast, it almost makes me want to move here. The manager on staff told me it will take a minute, so I took a seat and pulled out some work to do expecting my minute to be a very, very long minute....I got about 4.5 minutes into my work and they called me up. The kid putting the orders together placed my receipt on a stack of trays out of the way and forgot about it.... I guess he even cleared it off the computer screen. After they had all the orders put out and I was the only one standing there he asked me if I was waiting on something. When I told him my receipt was the one he placed out of the way and forgot about it, he finally put the order together and gave it to me to go... Even though I asked for it to dine in. Place is a joke! Never come here! Place always misses multiple items ordered in the drive through. Such an inconvenience to go back into town and get $3 worth of food, when I just wasted that amount in gas just to go there the second time. Place sucks, looks nice but it sucks. Even inside, the orders get mixed around or take 15mins to get your food. I mean it's called "fast food" for a reason, not "slow food/ half of your order". Not to mention this time I called and said I only got3 of my 4 HotnSpicy's and whoever answered said to go back and he would get me 4 more for the inconvenience. I thought okay that sure sounds better than going back for one. Once I get there the I tell the people at the drive thru that I had called. Only for them to bring me the one burger that they had missed. I've lived here all my life and it has always been like this for as long as I can remembered. we visited this location on June 21,2018 from CA. Restaurant was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Manager Christy was a very friendly, efficient lady, not only Christy was nice, so were her staff. Restaurant was very clean, tidy. They would even brought your order to your table. This morning, I went in to McDonald's in Willcox. I have had an awful experience trying to fix a bad car. I like to sit in the restaurant pray, read, or look up information on how to fix my car in the area. Prices are high. Mcdonald's starting threating me to leave. I explained that I had some dirt on my foot and wanted to clean it close to the floor. I did not mean to interfere in cleaniness other than attend the injury. I pick up spurs or dirt on my walk over. The male supervisor suggested to go home and fix it. I said "yes, I would." If it happened while I was close by to fix it at the place. I am sorry. May I use the bathroom? He allowed it but said you are always an issue and I am calling police. I go in for coffee for only the last 3 weeks. I typically use the restroom which are unclean. Trash everywhere to poop on the toilet. I have no idea why the manager blames me but why not answer what I can do to fix it rather than blame me for a coupon he would not accept or a toilet someone else did not clean. Do you think it's normal to be yelled at, shouted and threatened with police? Why is the service inaccurate? What is your opinion? read more

First, I stop at this McDonalds twice a week while in town for Physical Therapy. This would be funny were it not so gross! Was cleaning up the kitchen this afternoon and went to empty the remaining iced tea out of my McDonalds cup from this morning. What do I find in the cup....half of a bright blue watch band. The end with the buckle on it. So being the good customer I am I call to see if an employee might have lost half of his/her watchband this morning. I spoke with a very young manager female who had not a clue as to what to do about my quandary. I finally asked her to please make an incident report regarding the aforementioned watch band and she said she would. She did not even ask my name? I finally said you will need my name and phone number so whoever lost their watch band can get it back etc. She says oh, okay. She says she came on duty after the incident and knows nothing about anything. I doubt she will leave a note for the general manager or the morning crew. She said if I wanted to I could just drop by with the watch band next time I am in Wilcox. Told her that would be silly since I do not know who lost the darn thing into my drink. I can only imagine the dirt/sweat/germs that were in that tea I was drinking for half the day.
