Doesn't seem like they have it together what so ever here. Took them like 10 mins to even greet us and take our order. Two of my friends got the most simple things and it took over 20 mins for it to come out and it's not even fresh. Longest wait thru a drive thru I've ever experienced in my life we got here at 3:25 it's now 3:57 and there's still a car in front of us. Keep in mind there was only 2 cars infront of us. They charged our total to the car infront of us so they paid more for their food and we paid less. Seems like everything in this place is an absolute shit show. I went through the drive through and the automated system kept interrupting me so I finally went inside. When I ordered and got my food the girl laughed at me when I asked for more ranch. I walked into the store and was completely ignored by the staff. The store was not busy: nobody in line at the drive through; one other customer in the dining area. One staff person was conversing with her boyfriend/husband at the counter when I walked in. When she was done visiting with him, she walked away and completely ignored me standing there waiting to place my order. I waited for approximately five more minutes and realized that none of the employees was going to acknowledge me as a customer. It was an extremely frustrating experience. I live in Willcox and most definitely will not return to this establishment. Food wasn't hot order was messed up. And a wrap isn't cut up iceberg in the shape of a bun. Our cashier Deisy was extremely rude. We wanted them to remake it cause it had everything on it we asked it not to but since she had an attitude I just requested our $ back. I only went through the drive thru, and the staff was nice, however they repeated my order four times, and each time they left something out. When they finally got it right, I pulled up to the window and they gave us our food. Then i realized that they didn't give me my sister's drink. When i got the employee's attention and told her, she looked annoyed and repeatedly asked what drink it was and what size she wanted. I told her, but she still kept asking. I have been eating at Carl's Jr. for years. I pay more money for the food but the freshness and quality of the food was worth it. I ate at Carl's Jr. in Wilcox Arizona this last weekend. First of all when we walked in there was a overwhelming smell of pine -solvent. It was burning my eyes the whole time I was in the restaurant. By the way I don't normally have sensitivity to chemical . Then are food came . The fries where cold and hard as if had be setting around for hours. Next My chicken sandwich tasted off as if it was setting out for a long while unrefrigerated . I also brought a friend and she had the chicken tenders and the same applied to her meal also. Five minutes after I eat my awful meal my stomach started to growl. Now I am down with food poisoning. I have a very strong system and rarely get sick. The whole experience was just awful. Very unfortunate experience. Lately, I have been eating meat, but was just "I the mood" for a good burger and I know I can always count on Carl's. I ordered a Junior Cheeseburger on a wheat bun with ketchup and pickles only (my usual order). I'm am sorry to say that it was the absolutely the worst burger I have ever had in my life. The burger was a hard hockey puck - must have been under the lights for hours. The wheat bun (for which they charged extra) was stale and hard around the edges. There were only 2 pickle slices on the sandwich. Simply no excuse for serving food like that. They should have tossed that burger and started over!! Service was surpringly slow. Mind you, it was 3 o'clock in the afternoon and we were the only customers in the store. My husband had a Western bacon Cheeseburger - it was okay, bacon wasn't cooked crisp, as he had requested - he described his sandwich as "Okay". The restrooms were clean. The male clerk at the counter was slow and needed information repeated several times. The first female manager (apparently shift change) was abrupt. Literally the worst place I've eaten at on my was from Las Cruces to Phoenix. I came to this place and waited 15 minutes for 2 burgers and then I left without checking my order. To my horror, I my burger had the garnish and mustard on it which was disappointing. I called the store while I was on I10 to tell them to refund me. No one answered the phone. I called 10 times, no luck. I didn't even get my money back and I had the throw the burger away. It was very disappointing. I stopped at Blake's in Tucson. My family has been patrons since Carl's Jr. opened in Willcox. The food is consistently excellent -- fresh and tasty -- and the portions are good. Love their cheeseburgers! We also think they have the best tasting iced tea anywhere near Willcox. I appreciate that even though this location is way off the beaten path for most, this CJ always has the new food items that you might not always be able to get outside the biggest cities. The employees who wait on us are very pleasant, polite and accommodating. I like the hand sanitizer station. There's a TV if you need some entertainment while you eat. read more

Me and my husband were in love which The Beyond Burger at Carl's Jr. We ate it three times a week minimum. That was until we moved to Willcox Az and tried it on 8 occasions to get our burger there . The staff is rude and always put cheese on the burgers when asked not to and laugh about it . They also mocked us and my husband and I got sick one time . I have called corporate no resolution. The wait time is horrendous in drive through and they have ruined the burger for us we will not go back there or any Carl's Jr. Again ! read more

Yesterday I drove back to California from El paso Tx with my wife and children. We stopped at wilcox to get something to eat and we chose Carl's over Mc donalds. I went trough drive tru and placed my order. Very rude lady by the name of Cindy hands me my food and shuts the window. My order was incomplete and I did not get any napkins, dressing or did she offer me. I tried to get her attention but she would not turn. I finally honked my horn once, she ignored me then twice, she ignored me then 3 times. Finally she opens the window and yelled that I am rude. I asked for her name and advice that I will be filing a complaint. . She yelled "CINDY" and shut the window again. I drove around, went inside the restaurant and asked for the general manager. Cindy comes out and says " I am the general manager haha, and you need to leave my store" I was amazed that a teenager working at a fast food place has better etiquette than the actual general manager, I have never been treated with such disrespect in front of my family.
