Customer service needs improvement. I've been by on 3 different occasions since the monopoly game started and always order the sausage, egg McMuffin and a hash brown which both are supposed to have game pieces on the wrappers and not once have I received any game pieces. The bread is never toasted and the egg was wet. read more

McDonald's - My proof of no game pieces - Fast Food Near Me - Willcox, Arizona

We were here two days ago and had great service and stopped on our way back home and sadly didn't have the same experience. My son's burger was supposed to have extra ketchup and there was less than a normal order of ketchup on it. Our burgers were supposed to have everything and we only had minimal ketchup and mustard. Went inside to say the pickles and onion were missing and they took our burgers back and threw pickles and large pieces of onion on them and gave us back cold burgers. read more

McDonald's - Our burgers returned back to us after we told the staff they forgot the toppings on our burgers. - Fast Food Near Me - Willcox, Arizona

Restaurant full of flies, unbelievable amount of flies. Most of the Food came cold. Sodas came out so warm the ice was immediately melted. Then to have cold soda, it would have to be watered down. I can go on, pretty rough experience. read more

The restaurant smelled like poop when I walked in. I told the lady washing the windows of the horrible smell throughout the restaurant. She said it was the trash that wasn't taken out. Very bad to walk into a place and have a terrible aroma. Plus they made me fresh coffee and it tasted bad. read more

Customer service was non existent. Lady at the counter was super loud and obnoxious. The fries were raw and when I asked for replacement they made me wait over 5 minutes and the second batch was slightly better. Not McDonald's quality. Took a total of 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. A lot to improve. read more

Such sweet you f ladies at the drive through window. They said "thank you" and omg they even put a whole piece of cheese in my filet o fish.

The cheeseburger temperature was not up standard. The burgers were cold. Team members were rude and unkind. There was no customer service other than putting food on the counter. There were no name tags on team members. Over are it made the experience unpleasant. read more

This McDonald's was actually the final straw for me. The two times I've been to this store has been so below par that I have officially swore off and hexed this fast food chain. "Woah... woah.. woah, Tiffany! You're not going to swear off a fast food chain with thousands of locations across the country..." Well, yes... I am. Let me explain.... This store is dirty. This store is ran by people who just don't want to bother with anything & have checked out of life. I have watched people wait 40 minutes for food. I personally have waited 20 minutes for food. The food I receive is cold, not made correctly or even to basic standards. I pay on average $20 for two breakfast combos. So.... Why would I pay that much money for poss poor service, cold food & poor quality food? I know the real problem though.... Workers... Tom H. Is the king of this McDonald's . He is oblivious to the pain & suffering of the workers. He touts his pride, but to what expense? It's time workers... it's time to overtake Tom H. & take back what is rightfully yours. No more poor working conditions, no more exhausting demands from the Karen's.. time to stand up & demand that Willcox McDonald's needs a leader. Throw off your grease splattered shirts & let the kid wearing the safety vest know HE TOO can work the deep fryer that he's always dreamt about, but has been forced to stand awkwardly at the front with no true purpose. Take back your livelihood! Down with Tom H! Dethrone him! Goddamn you, Tom H! read more

If i could give zero stars I would. I asked the guy for ranch because I thought I could ask them for some when i got my order. The guy says its an extra charge for extra sauces. I said we didnt get any ranch so Its not extra. He still didnt give me one. My husband walks over to the kiosk to order the ranch, it doesnt charge him anything. We give the receipt to the guy and he starts getting defensive AND RUDE about it and says next time im charging you. OVER RANCH. Don't come here, you're better off going to Subway, if you are driving through. read more

McDonald's - a counter with a variety of food items - Fast Food Near Me - Willcox, Arizona

I was driving thru Willcox and thought we would stop for some food. Stopped here at this McDonalds. The resturant was a total disaster, we arived at 2:30 monday afternoon. I needed to use the mens room prior to dining. I went in and the toilet area had no tissue. I went to the counter and asked for what was missing. He said he would look into it. I waited a few minutes while he was trying to fix a messed up order for a customer that had just picked up. After a few minutes longer I asked him again and he ignored me. That was it I left and went to the location next door, The other 3 people that went in with me had already ordered so they stayed to pick up their food. I sat outside 35 minutes as they were still waiting on their food. The employees had their food order mixed up as well. One of my friends came out looking to see why I had not come back in the restaurant, I just said I had no business with that place and I ate elsewhere. The management staff needs to look into this store to see why they can not operated a store correctly! and to make sure all areas of the location is properly maintained. Stay away from this McDonalds location. As much as food costs to eat out I and I am sure many others xpect perfection! Jeff read more

Standard McDonald's fare. Our to-go order was hot and correct, but the self-serve ordering stations and lack of employees working was a real bummer. Location is not an easy on/off the highway and the restrooms were not clean. read more

we were in drive through waited a few minutes there was no response. there was one other car in the second lane and they moved on to the pay window. we still didn't get anything on our speaker so we proceeded to the 1st window only to be greeted by a rude snotty employee saying we should have waited until she spoke n the speaker because she was having issues with hear head phones. we said we didn't know and the car next to us placed his order and moved forward. she shrugged her shoulders said oh well. what the heck?! we got out of line and placed the order in the store. we got a couple egg mcmuffins with egg shells. not a good start to the day read more

I'd give 0 if I could Rude and snarky, order one thing and they gave me a totally different order ask them why and they said they didn't have it, should have said that at the window. Wasn't just me either did it to another woman as well. They were able to mention the drink machine not working but can told me they have my food item before I make a full purchase. read more

I came here yesterday and ordered a plain cheeseburger with cheese only, EXTRA cheese. To my surprise, they handed me a hamburger with nothing on it. I then told them about it and they asked that I give it back to them which was fine however, they just brought it back to the kitchen, threw some cheese on it, and didn't even wrap it up and handed it to me all open. I thought this was disgusting as no one in the window had gloves on or took any sanitary practices. Today, I ordered a latte and they handed it to me half full. I'm only paying an extreme amount of money for food plus the ridiculous tax in Wilcox. SMH read more

McDonald's - "I'll take a small latte please" - Fast Food Near Me - Willcox, Arizona

Willcox doesn't have much to offer, but this McDonalds appears to be fairly new. It was one of the cleanest ones I've been in recently and they had a worker in the dining area keeping it that way which you don't hardly see anymore. The staff was very friendly and the food, though standard, was fresh and our order was correct. My granddaughter and I were however VERY SURPRISED to see extra pickles on our burgers. Usually when you order extra pickles it's an upgrade from one pickle to two pickles, but they put several on our burgers. Thank you for realizing what extra pickles is truly all about !!! read more

Stopped by here for some coffee and a bite for the road. We entered the drive through places our order then paid. Once we got to the window for our food they asked us to pull to the front and wait for our coffee. We waited 5 mins for the coffee and it came out warm and watered down. I got out of the car and went in to asked for two fresh coffees and I was rudely ask to through them away and wait. As I was waiting there was rap music playing in the back with a buck of profanity that could clear be heard from the waiting area where kids sat ‍. Blue haired Liz finally came to the counter sat my drinks down and walked away. I nicely called for her and told to to have a wonderful evening and she turned with a pissed faced and said you too. This Mc Donald's is super unprofessional and rude. read more

This McDonalds is in need of a deep clean and the staff trained on customer service. The wait was incredibly long due to a large order in front of me in the drive thru and instead of having that car pull forward to wait for their order everyone in line had to suffer through it too! The drive thru window looked as though a dog had licked it and my large Coke was 3/4 filled with little ice. Please train staff on cleaning and portioning! read more

Wow, Sunday manager should care less about her eyelashes and more about customers waiting literally 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries, to leave with COLD fries and no onions on the burger. One staff member, long braid doing double duty expediting orders and taking orders because the self-orders are broken, 1 person on the window also doing fries, two guys on the line and chick manager standing and doing ing nothing...literally nothing. Well, she did check her makeup once, and as customers waiting outside in the drive thru came in asking for money back after waiting 30 minutes (mine 26), she shook her self out, took the receipts one after the other refunded without once apologizing.... Guess it matters that her lashes and makeup were solid, though ridiculous rather than customer service. writing to corporate this franchise is HORRIBLE not even close to caring and I'd like to say they were slammed, but between drive-thru and inside, 10 customers. Guess that's to much. At a minimum the on duty manager for May 29th at 1:30pm ( no name tag and for good reason) needs to be gone! When staff is busting hump and she sits...there's a problem; in difference at its worst. read more

Tried to order through the drive the through and the worker could not get my order right even after I repeated it multiple times. And in the end before I could clarify my order, he went silent. This is the worst McDonald's ever. We ordered at it took 35 minutes for us to get our food. Our fries were cold so we're the burgers. This is the 3rd time we had to wait for food longer than 30 minutes. If you go back and ask them for things they forgot to give you, they get mad. Dirty building, takes forever, food is usually stale by the time you get it. Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to.

Don't recommend. Ordered food for my family. The worker repeated the correct order at the drive thru. Went to pay and realized the receipt only showed half of what we ordered. We mentioned it to the worker and was told we were going to have to pull around and get back in the line to reorder. There was already a few cars in line and I didn't have time to deal with idiot workers. How does one repeat the order correct, but miss half the order?? I just left this place 5 minutes ago. Today is Friday March 26th, 2021 at 9:20 pm. We ordered on Drive thru and confirmed the order at the first window, the guy who taking our order repeat that we have 20 pieces (with out saying nuggets) fillet-O-fish and large fries, So we thought that he got 20 fish for us!! We're like no!! we have 20 pieces nuggets, 1 fillet-O-fish and 1 large fries(just to make sure and to be clear). And he kept saying it without "nuggets"(ok fine). Then the lady who is the food handler didn't wear the gloves. And by the time she's giving us the food she were on the phone(her own cellphone) she repeated our order that we have 20 pieces (again!?) (why is it so hard to say all the words when repeating an order to the customer? Don't you know that It is a best way to avoid the mistakes) fillet-O-fish and large fries. And she didn't pay any attention on what we asked for(we asked for the bbq sauce, ketchup and honey mustard) She's grab us the ketchup and saying that the bbq sauce and honey mustard already in the bag(she's still on the phone). We pulled over right the way and checked on the bag and great!! there's no bbq sauce and honey mustard, so we have to go back and asked for the sauce again which is very wasted our time. What she did just saying sorry and talking with her co-worker and laughing like it was funny. What is so funny!? Or they're making fun of us?? The worst and terrible service ever. That wasn't cool at all young lady. If you really wan't to work to making a living, what you're doing is bad. You might loose your job by doing this. You have to respect other people if you want to be respected. Then the karma will make you feel it. I'm not sure what her name is may be Karen. read more

Visiting from other state, I was surprised by the rudeness of this staff. She took my order with extreme rudeness and unfriendly behavior. I was treated like a piece of shit. I came to order a breakfast meal, she would respond shaking her head as if I dont see her body language. This person in the picture is the worst among all McDonalds staff. I waited for about15-20minutes of my order only to find out when I checkwith them that they missed my order on their line up. The lady that help me was very apologetic, the manager did not say any thing. Please refer at the picture how this place have a chatting staff. Very unproductive. Very very bad experience!
