This is quite literally the worst McDonald's ever. I don't expect much out of a fast food place to begin with even if you place your order 30 min ahead of time for pick up it still won't be ready and add at least another 20 min after that to wait for your food. All Doordash and Uber eats orders are prioritized over actual customers in store or at the drive through. It's not fast. It's not convenient. Nothing about it is a remotely pleasurable experience. The owner should be disappointed in this place. Expect a wait. Expect your order to be wrong. Expect your chicken to be raw. Just go to the Burger King down the street instead. read more

I go for fast food about twice a year so maybe i'm not the best judge but . . . 25 minutes in line on a recent Sunday morning, watching the clock to be sure I got up there in time to order a McMuffin- it was stress! I will say that with one or two exceptions there were no cuts in the line. But it moved SO SLOW. I kept reminding myself of low staffing levels but this was painful. The cashier was very nice & confirmed my order. Unfortunately that didn't help much as the coffee was missing from a 2-item order. I had a very bad experience picking up an order from a young lady named Denusa at this location (a short fair skinned woman with dark hair) I repeatedly read the order number very clearly, the details for the order and the customer's name. She's playing games with me standing close to me in my personal space holding the bag in front of me but not giving me the order unless I show her my personal property. She's a bully and I am being as professional because I represent DoorDash now for 3 years. I have been to this location many times before and did not have this issue. She should honestly be fired for causing someone's order to be late and harassing venders that are upholding their company's policy not to discriminate based off race creed or background. McDonald's is something I have only after a sustained, and very specific craving. I haven't had their food in a year at this point, and decided "Today's the day!" Ordered a Quarter-Pounder burger (with bacon added, of course) with medium fries. The burger was assembled a little sloppy, and some ingredients were uneven. What I liked a lot was that it was actually cooked nicely. Being the burger lover I am, I can tell you too many places don't have the mastery of a medium burger down... this Mickey D's though seems to be pretty good at it (maybe this was a happy accident, but ignorance is bliss!). Overall, flavors were there, and at a bite, the word "juicy" came to mind. Although to be fair, I think moist is a more accurate descriptor. The fries though... I wasn't around when McDonald's used tallow, but I do remember their fries, in general, were tastier. I don't know what percent is a new oil blend, and what is bad luck, but while I didn't find them limp, I did feel the fries could have been fresher, crispier, and tastier overall. By the way, I am a fan of the system where you take a number, and your food is brought to you. My final bit of feedback is that there were a couple tables that looked like they could benefit from a wipedown, but otherwise, I did not find the location to be unclean. McDonald's is what it is, and should my craving return, I will happily come back for a burger, but the fries I will take a pass on (or ask for them fresh, who knows how amazing (or not) that would be) read more

Not sure why this location struggles with providing what is ordered and paid for. McDonald's is not cheap anymore. I ordered a SEC McMuffin and large coffee. This McDonalds is very close and dear to my heart I remember my mom and Lamar Odom would bring here as a child. The food is average McDonald's but worse I once had a chicken McNugget meal from this fine establishment wouldn't recommend because I threw up in the woman's bathroom. The drive-thru is always backed up at lunch time. The staff rotates each month and ranges from slow to snail-like. Last straw came this morning. Drive-thru was six deep including me. Took almost 15 mins to get to the window. Ordered one Egg McMuffin. Got to the window and got the wrong order. Waited at the window for another five minutes while they scrambled to get my order corrected. Was eventually told to pull up to the waiting area. Waited another five minutes (it's been almost a half hour now for one Egg McMuffin). Food didn't come out so I left because I had to get to work. I can't remember the last time I got my food in less than 15 minutes at this location... drive thru is always crazy long. If I order in advance on the app and wait curbside it still takes 15 minutes. Nothing fast about it. The last time I came I did mobile order through drive thru. Gave them the number, got a receipt, and then they tried giving me the wrong order. I said this was the wrong order and they told me to pull over to the side. 10 minutes later they come out with the wrong order again, and I'm confused. I've had lunch here on a few occasions when I've been passing through the area and it is a very good location to try if you're in the mood for McDonald's. I ordered the triple cheeseburger from their three dollar menu and it was a good value for three bucks. It tasted very fresh and had just the right amount of condiments. The fries were hot and tasty and the soda I had with the meal was very good as well. There is a nice sized dining room and it I always find it to be clean and very well maintained. This is a very busy location but the people working the counter here are always very efficient and keep the line moving at a pretty fast clip. Every stinkin' time I come to this place (which isn't often but still) on my way home from work they're not taking orders. Either no one answers the drive thru mic or someone comes on to say that they're transitioning to breakfast and are not taking orders until a certain time, I think it was 430 or 5. If this is the case then why does the sign on the restaurant and location page on their website state 24 hours? Its McDonalds the food needs no Review... The restaurant was nice, the big corner leather (esque) booth was cool it sat My SIL & I and all our Rugrats... Which was nice, I refuse to eat in the kid play area because then our kids wont eat... So we ate here & they did great & then we went to play... This was my first time here since child & being in the play area & I was impressed at how clean it was until the little boy running around (he had to be 5-6) squatted down to pee, to which then brought a "Oh No ______ (fill in sisters name here), dont go look at it then it will give us away" From said little boys mother... Who then ushered off her kids real fast to the car as she was cracking up the whole time... As if your kids urine all over the floor while My kids are running around with no shoes on is funny...
