Steak and cheese was great. I also got a lobster bisque. It was absolutely gross. Very acidic, which it shouldn't be. Tasted like someone put lemon juice in it. Won't order the bisque there anymore. It use to be very good there. read more

This Restaurant is my favorite around!! The people that work here are so welcoming and kind. They are very bright and can basically recite your order to you if your in there enough! But none of that compares to their skill with preparing your food!! It's insane, it's like they put drugs in it!! I go in for one sandwich and it ends up tasting so damn good I end up going back the next 4 days!!! I'd be lost with out this staff and location!! I ordered a large roast beef with usa cheese, onions and a little extra mayo. I had not had there roast beef in years as it started to get tough and crappy. Well its was really good and would order it again. The reason this is not 5 stars is the mayo. I asked for a little extra mayo I think I got what ever they had left in the store. "Shift leader" Joanna had the audacity to call me to make sure I would be there before 9PM as they closed at that time. Closing at 9PM at any restaurant means you don't take accept orders after 9PM, not that you as employees are walking out the door at 9PM. If I had realized they closed at 9, I would not have placed an online order at 8:30PM but I didn't so I did order at that time. We ordered 2 subs on white bread toasted. We received 2 subs on multi grain bread not toasted. When I arrived, she said "sorry it takes awhile to cook chicken at the end of the night". Meaning that their grill was already turned off. Meaning she was cooking chicken on a barely warm grill. Nice. Kid in the back cleaning had bright purple hair. Really? You're a corporate restaurant, don't you have rules? The shift leader followed me out the door to lock it behind me. AT LEAST wait until I'm out of the parking lot. As a former managerr for their sister company, I know that if I acted the ways this shift leader did I would be fired on the spot. Please train your employees at this location better for future service (just not mine). read more

Went to D'Angelo's and ordered 2 Number 9's at around 2PM..Usually their subs are delicious..but today was a whole other story. They were disgusting..I ordered extra cheese on both which I did not get, so when I got home I had to put my own cheese on them..Secondly, I did not request the sub rolls to be toasted and they were. There probably was 5 mushrooms on the whole sandwich (can you spare it) I did not see any green peppers on mine, a few red peppers and hardly any onions.. The meat was so overcooked and dried out that it actually looked burnt.. Never, ever again will I order from this sub shop when that grille cook is working. And as far as personality he had none, but the order girl which took the order was very pleasant. They need to address this issue as the wait was incredibly long..and I mean long!!!! read more

I used to love this chain but ever since they changed their sub sizes and some of the ingredients in their subs (such as the meatball) it is no long worth the money. I'd even prefer Subway over this chain now. Go back you your old ways :-) read more

Staff messed up order then they fought about who was to blame. So I ended up having to wait until they got their acts together. Food isn't cheap there, at least I got a show free if charge. I am usually given a reason to be dissatisfied with this location. When will I learn? read more

The food is always great, the help- not so much. More than once I have patronized this location around 9:15-9:30 PM and more than once I received a bad attitude from the staff. Specifically, after I placed my order a female staff member loudly voiced her annoyance at my family and I's presence in her store, saying "These people need to stop coming in here, I have a life you know!" I think the people working there should consider finding a career they actually like. read more

Usually D'Angelos doesn't disappoint. That was until my most recent visit. First we ordered online and it told us what time our food would be ready. Me and my husband got our 5 children in the car and drove to the location to pick it up. When we got there they said they didn't have a order in that name. We had to order our entire order again and waited for them to make it. With 5 hungry and angry kids we sat near the counter anticipating my name to be called. While waiting I saw some very interesting and disgusting things. First the lady that took our order was scratching with both hands, the back of her head. She was really going at it and I saw flakes coming off her head. She was standing right near our food was being made. Next the phone rang. The man making our food rushed over to the phone and answered with his gloves on. He took the order on the phone and went back to making our food with THE SAME GLOVES. DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY GERMS ARE ON A TELEPHONE? A lot!!!!! Needless to say I won't be eating at this location ever again and god knows I threw that food away the second they gave it to me. read more
