Awful service! The guy they have working the window is dating the manager so she wont fire him, if he messes up your order he wont fix it and will charge you anyways and doesnt know how to talk to the customers at all. Very rude and shouts at customers. If you ask him to change the order he cuts you off. Other staff is all very efficient and nice, its only the night shift order taker/ guy who runs the register. Incredibly rude and incompetent staff working the night shift. Stopped here last night for only 2 drinks, a sweet tea and an unsweetened tea, no food, literally just drinks. Pull up to order and can barely understand the mumbling man on the other end, pull around to pay and there was zero eye contact or acknowledgment except for jutting his arm out to get my card. Pull to the next window, get our drinks, start to drive away and both teas are sweet, drive back around, tell them we got the wrong thing, guy on the intercom says "Go to the window where you got your food" Great. Drive up, new kid at the window, apologizes half heartedly and hands us TWO new drinks, "Here's your unsweetened teas" We drive off, take a sip, BOTH were sweetened. At that point we had 4 sweet teas in the car and I was too mad to bother going back a 3rd time. Maybe whomever made the teas put them in the wrong containers, or maybe these guys were just being jackasses, we'll never know. But I surely won't ever go back there again. read more

Haven't visited this location in a few years since moving from the area. Recent renovation really has dramatically improved the overall look and feel along with the addition of the automated ordering kiosks. Speaking of the kiosks, I was surprised to see how much they were being used! As for the food and service, the food was hot, quickly prepared and the folks at the counter were extremely friendly and attentive. If you need a quick bite, give them a visit! read more

My big complaint with this McDonald's is that the fries are ALWAYS overcooked, and way too salty. I agree with Jocelyn, there does seem to be a certain amount of negativity between the staff. The summer help this year (possibly high-school kids) seemed much nicer and friendlier than the full-time staff. I haven't had too many problems otherwise. Special orders are iffy, I recommend to always check your order before driving away. read more

Increasingly getting orders wrong. But they have a bunch of hardworking people. The times my order was messed up they were slammed busy.

Rude stuff... They do not listen to your order... They are constantly giving you the wrong items... It's easier to go in then use the drive-through because they are so slow at the drive-through. I had to go back up the the counter & the woman behind the counter acted like I was trying to pull a fast one on her.. she actually had the gall to walk back to the table to "check things out" pathetic.. hire some competent people ffs.. It's a McDonald's. What more can one say? It's acceptable fare that is governed by an international company that serves a menu that has positioned it as a steady business for decades. They do a good job serving acceptable food that had become an American icon. I have had no less service here, and can recommend them as much as any of the countless McDonald's that I've ever visited. We placed our order in the general chaos and as we were doing so, the manager starts reaming out the girl at the register for not putting trays on the counter. I have to say this McDonald's serves some of the best food I've had from any MCD's...the fries are ALWAYS extremely hot and perfectly salty. I order the fish filet and ask for xtra tartar sauce and they always hook it up...other mcdonalds never seem to get it right. This location is great since they're aren;t many other drive thru's in the area. I have gotten frappe's, shakes,burgers...just about everything from here and I've never had a problem. read more

Visited this location on 7/5/19 at 5:37pm via drive thru. I'm beyond disgusted with this location. Customers go through drive thru for fast service and McDonald's is supposed to have your order complete within 90 seconds. When we got up to the second window after paying for our order, we were asked to move up and take a parking spot and out order would be ready in 2 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, the server comes out with our food. We have everything and drive off only to find out our food is cold and the apple pies were expired as of 4:33pm so they should have gone to waste and not even served to a customer. I'm beyond pi**ed and will be calling corporate. read more

A good place to stop late at night after skiing / snowboarding when most other places have closed. Decent food but inconsistent, occasional stale rolls, overcooked fries, etc. New digital menus are cool but slow and inconvenient with a learning curve and incomplete menu which can be frustrating. Staff always friendly, but a little pricy. Last night their cleaning guy mopped our floor so many times while we were eating all we could smell were the chemicals. :) read more

I currently work at this Mcdonald's and I can give many reasons why you should never eat there. 1) The beeping you here in the back is the universal holding cabinet telling employees to dump the holding tray full of cooked meat because its been sitting past the timer. However, I have never seen anyone dump the product all we do is reset the timer, sometimes for hours and hours over and over until the product is sold. 2) Holding trays are reused without washing and build up almost an inch of liquid grease in the bottom which patties sit in until they are assembled. This means there is grease all over our gloves and the counter which is why your burger wrapper is covered in grease. 3) I have seen employees handle raw chicken and raw frozen beef before assembling burgers without changing gloves. 4) We rarely change the fryer oil, this is why your chicken patty is such a dark shade of brown. 5) There is no sneeze guard on the onions, tomatoes, lettuce, etc.. and they sit out all day unrefrigerated until they are sold no matter how they look. (We figure they are hidden in the bun anyway) 6) All ice is made and stored in the back (with the exception of the lobby soda fountain which makes its own ice) and we have to dig our arms into it with a scoop to fill dirty buckets which we dump in the appropriate machines for consumption. This mcdonalds is filthy and I really wonder how many people have contracted food poisoning without knowing it was from there. You would be crazy to eat there. Also the managers do indeed act like petulant children which is amazing considering their incompetence. If I could give it negative stars I would. read more

howdy folks, i would give this mcdonald's location a 5 star but they failed to deliver the one thing i love most, my nugs. at about 9:45 pm on June 29 my family ordered a large sum of food, i ordered a number 6 in which my fries and drink were present except the main event, the nuggets. after driving 20 minutes in the thunder and lightning i was very sad to find no nugs at the bottom of my mcdonald's bag when i arrived to my humble abode. the fries and drink were quite delectable i just wish i had my nuggets. thank you for understanding that my rating is not 5 stars and i hope we can fix this in the future. read more
