This location was busy, so I cut all kinds of slack for that reason. However, they were out of English muffins by 9:00 am and had to check twice while I was ordering to see if they still had bacon. The young woman providing service at the counter was pleasant, but also the exception. Month my hot coffee and my husband's iced coffee were mostly creamer. I took mine back to the counter to see if they could pour some out and replace with more coffee, which took some time because no one wants to make eye contact with you once you receive your order. I finally asked a nearby worker and my request was met with a very put upon response. It seems Dunkin should stick to what it knows best and focus on donuts and see if it can get back to providing decent coffee. If you like hot (or iced) creamer, this is your new go-to. read more

ordered food at 9:43 Am arived around 10:15 Am, and didn't receive our food until 10:30 AM They also served everyone else before us.

I went here to pick up an order for a large group of people. As I arrived the workers told me that they didn't have eggs for any of the sandwiches. Understandable but it should have been advertised on the app that there were no eggs. Then they told me they didn't have lemonade for the refreshers. Should have been on the app. Then as I received the drinks and food I asked if they had large straws for the large drinks. They said no and I asked the woman why she would make the large drinks without the large straws and what she expected me to do. She told me off and she just said to drink with the small straws. No large straws is fine but then as I came back inside I hear the woman talking about me to her other coworkers. I asked her to not talk about me as I'm behind her and she told me she doesn't care about talking about me. Then I came back in again after putting drinks in the car and I hear different people arguing with the same woman saying asking why the workers were talking about them. They then said to her we aren't talking about you we are talking about the straw guy. So they admitted they were talking about me and were being rude. read more

Stopped in on my way to visit someone. The woman helping at the counter was very kind and apologized for time it took. Later apologized to someone else for forgetting an item. Overall kind and courteous. Three others made food and did the drive thru. Seemed like the team worked well together. Wifi worked. Line didn't take much time. The reason for this review is not with the workers who seem to be trying there best to help all the customers. The problem seems to be that they are to busy for the number of customers. You must wait in line more than 20 minutes to even order. Traffic is out to main highway. read more

Late afternoon stop for coffee after a long ride. Iced decaf and a powdered donut... donut was fresh (did I mention late afternoon?!), coffee was good and the curly-haired kid who helped us was very nice. This was a randomly selected Dunks on a New England road trip... we didn't look at the reviews before stopping here :) A group of 4 of us walked in on a summer weekday afternoon and waited at least 5-10 minutes to order our iced coffees. It's hard to tell exactly how long we waited, but this was the slowest Dunks I've been to in my life - and I've been to a lot! We didn't have any other issues besides the long wait. The​ typical experience you'd expect to get from a Dunkin' Donuts. This one was very convenient​ for me as I was spending a few days in the mobile home park behind it. Many people have mentioned slow service but I haven't really encountered that here​. Perhaps I was going at a less busy​ time (2-3pm)? The doughnuts​ and drinks taste just like how they should. Free WiFi and restrooms are also a plus for any travellers stopping by. Close to some restaurants​ and campgrounds. read more

Maybe the worst Dunkin Donuts in America. Always out of things that no other Dunkin is ever out of. Donuts, muffins, bagels, etc. Yesterday they were out of tea. Also, the service is terrible. Not just slow, but often inaccurate. The staff seems to be completely overwhelmed by having more than 3 customers at a time. Push another 15 minutes in either direction and you'll find a better one. I am willing to give the staff a pass. They're always friendly (and apologetic). The problems here are clearly at the management level. read more

Harley is beginning to be completely outrageous and price! And to actually charge per cup of water... I mean seriously I had a girl charge me I believe it was $1.69 or $1.89 for a cup of ice water. I would've just grabbed a bottle had I known. Normally they charge you nothing or possibly $.10 or a quarter for a cup. I have no issue paying for the cup but to be charging for the water in the ice that is simply ridiculous this happened at the Tamworth Dunkin donuts. The Ossipee one as far as that goes I find the staff to be very unfriendly a manager was completely mean that is the only word I can think of for her when I asked her about a job. I wouldn't work there now if my life depended on it and after hearing what I've heard happens in the kitchen at times. You don't even want to know. I just think that people are simply just addicted to coffee and once you stop drinking their coffee you really don't want it anymore. Three dollars a cup is really getting off the charts. You can buy a whole can of coffee for that or for that matter for 2 cups a day spend at Dunkin' Donuts you can buy a whole big container of a brand-name coffee at the grocery store! You can also buy a really nice coffee maker as well that blows very fast. Just saying that their prices have going to run them into the ground. $.99 for munchkin I mean seriously they used to give them free to the dogs and they don't even any longer do that that for the animals and I remember my dog was sort of that when they first started stopping giving the munchkins. I would have to buy the munchkin because they had them in such a habit of believing he was going to get one when he went there. It was the highlight of his day when he was alive! I also found that to be a mean thing to do. Let's face it donuts are one of the cheapest things that you could make. And you make the most profit off of coffee any bread restaurant breakfast restaurant will tell you this. Breakfast restaurants have the highest take compared to the inventory costs of all restaurants. read more

I went in to the store yesterday afternoon, got to the counter , just then a truck pulled up at drive through, she looked at me said she'd be right with me, took the trucks order then the car behind them. Served both then asked me, I was there first took the time to go in and was served last. I am tired of the service at this location, manager is as bad as employees. 25 minute wait on Columbus Day. The location should've been prepared with extra staff in anticipation for the rush of the crowds on one of the busiest weekends. Repeated order several times and the coffee was cold. I almost turned around if it wasn't for the fact that I could barely get in / out the parking lot it was so crowded. I go to Dunkin Donuts all the time, and agree this place is awful. I stopped in to just get a coffee, nothing complicated. As I walk into the place, I couldn't believe all the flies in the place, thank god I was not getting any food. After 3 or 4 minutes a lady limps out of the back to take my order. She tries to use the register, then yells out, who took my drawer? At that point, I told her, I think I will get my coffee at the DD's down the street. read more
