After getting on the interstate to head home, a 1.5 hour drive, my wife was going to hand me the bagel sandwich but noticed something very wrong ... mayo. There was mayo all over it. Checked out the new and improved McDonald's. Not sure where they had to tear it down and rebuild it and then did not add a play area for the kids. That's a bit disappointing since there's so many families in this area. Nevertheless they do have a very modern look now. The one fun thing is this table that the kids loved interacting with. Again not sure why they only put one in there. Everything is a bit sterile with the set up really encouraging you to use kiosk. I suppose if you go in there a lot it's probably easy. As far as service they did seem to take a long time to get our meals (we ate in) and then they brought out the kids meals first and left us waiting for a good 10 minutes. I'll also add that you can't get your own refills on drinks. I'm assuming you still get free refills but good luck trying to find a person to get it done in a timely manner. read more

Literally the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at, I used to work here like 5 years ago and it seems they still put all the extra effort that other McDonald's don't. When you order from here expect a nice and juicy burger or sausage with quick and friendly service. Service was terrible. I received someone else's order instead of my own. The floor was greasy and slippery and the employees didn't know how the mobile app worked. One of the employees went to the bathroom and wore her apron in the restroom while she went.... gross. I walked out behind her and she went right back to the register to work. She did wash her hands for less than 20 seconds. Also gross. Disgusting. Since it's a corporation the food taste the same everywhere. This review and 1 Star is based solely on the lack of personal hygiene demonstrate by the employee and long wait time for our food. The drive through was so long, every single car was asked to go to the reserved spots. We have been waiting a total of 25 min in line, and waiting for our food, unacceptable for a "fast food" establishment. read more

Really want to give them 0 stars. Was asked to pull forward to wait on fries. I pulled forward along with another vehicle. They brought out the other people's order, then another car pulled up and they brought out their food, then another car pulled up and they brought out their food and asked what I ordered. They finally brought out my sack, I asked if there was hot mustard (there wasn't) she goes in and comes out with another order when I realize I only have 1 fry as well, I paid for 2. Can't get an order right. Last night ordered two bacon cheddar Mc Chickens. Came without the chicken on both sandwiches. Today, I told them today about the mistake and they gave me two free sandwiches. Very nice except I ordered another sandwich with it, which I did not get. Unbelievable. I had to tell at the manager to get all my food a paid for. They missed three sandwiches and all of my codnements for my two twenty piece chicken nuggets. I did the hear drive through atteddent ask if everything was in the bag then I confirmed with her if everything is in the bag and she said yes. I went home to feed seven kids and only one kid got his entire lunch. everyone else was waiting either for a sandwich or sauce. Then I went back through the drive through beause I was in my panajamas and did not want to walk in the store and they still forgot one sandwich and gave me just two ranch dip my 40 nuggets. So then I ended up going in anyway to get my last sandwich and the rest of my dips. Then this manager acted like it was my fault I didn't get my food. So I called her worthless and went home to angery kids and $50 in cold food. I left a complaint with the company and the manager emailed me, never once tried to talk to me like a person only sent emails even though I left a working phone numberand but offered up a McDonald's gift card like I want to got back to another one their stores after this bullshit. A regular McDonalds for the most part, you will not get napkins or condiments unless you ask for them! The thing that really burns me up about this place is they always, always try to skimp on the fries, definitely ask them to make sure the fries are full beforehand. As far as McDonald's go, this is a good one. The staff is usually super quick and my food has always been correct, hot, and how it is supposed to be. They are completely okay with people buying a small amount of food and staying for as long as they like as long as they aren't bothering anyone.
