No matter when I visit - whether it's a sausage biscuit and a hashbrown kind of morning or the a busy afternoon of sports and errands require a chicken mcnugget dinner - this place is on point. Awful service, rude and lazy staff, manager parks his Tesla in mobile order park spot. Entitled managers try to posture to act important in front of other employees. Mobile pickup area blocked with their storage supplies, many employees standing around doing nothing. Restaurant will also make you "pull around" to a mobile spot to mark your order as Complete so they can meet McDonald's drive Thru standards. Have had this happen on multiple occasions with no cars behind me to impede orders, it's clearly a scam they try to run to meet corporate metrics. They were also apparently out of monopoly pieces 2 weeks before the context ended. And now, today, they are out of the grinch promo 2 Days after launch, We eat at mcd more than id like to admit and truthfully this location makes the rest of mcd look bad. I went to this McDonalds at around 11:30. All I wanted was a bag of apple slices and maybe a small fries, but I paid for my friend in a nice gesture. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, a medium iced tea, a bag of apple slices, a 6 piece of chicken nuggets, one small fry, and one large fry. While I understand this is order is on the larger side, I ordered on the kiosks, so the whole order was on the bag. At this point we had been waiting for about 10-15 minutes for our order when my friend eagerly pointed to the kitchen. "I see our order!" She excitedly proclaimed. She turned towards me, and then another friend we were with let out a grimaced "oh...." I turn. "Did you just see that?" He inquired. "No, what happened?" I responded. "They just DROPPED that drink." My other friend and I turn around only to see the most horrific sight. Her small strawberry banana smoothie decorating the Mcdonald's kitchen floor. I see the color drain from my friend's face (this is actually not an exaggeration!) "That is my drink, I fear..." We don't think much of it, because we assumed they would remake it. I then hear our order number be called. Strange, because her smoothie is still on the kitchen floor! I get our bag, thank the worker, and look inside because at this point I still had faith in the Wayne Mcdonald's. I naively believed that maybe, just MAYBE, they remade it quickly and just put it in the bag. They did not. Okay, no problem. We'll wait until they remake it. Five minutes go by and nothing. Another five minutes go by, meaning we have now been in this McDonalds for 20-25 minutes. I turn to my friend. "Should we say something?" It is important to note we are both teenagers with crippling social anxiety, so it would take EXTREME measures for us to say something. We wait a couple more minutes, and then finally, our other friend can not take it anymore. He goes to the little view point that leads to the kitchen and projects his voice into it, trying to catch the attention of an employee. Multiple people look, but no one comes over until at least a solid three minutes later. Finally, the employee who dropped the smoothie to begin with graced us with his presence. My outspoken friend confronts him, saying "we ordered the strawberry banana smoothie that you dropped and we never got another one." FINALLY they realized we weren't going to just leave without the smoothie THEY DROPPED THAT WE PAID FOR and decided to remake it. Now, if the smoothie was in our hands when it was dropped, or if it was even in the process of going to our hands, I would have gotten napkins, cleaned up my mess, then gone to the kiosk to order and pay for a new one. However, the smoothie was completely in the kitchen and in the employees hands. I seriously believe they were hoping we would walk out without the smoothie they dropped because they didn't want to make it again, even though it was entirely their fault. So FINALLY we get to leave. It is now 11:58 at this point. We had been there for close to half an hour. And the worst part? I never got my apple slices. All I wanted were my stupid freaking apple slices that I paid $3.14 for, but they didn't even give me those! So now I'm writing this review in my friends car on the verge of tears because the one thing I wanted and have been craving all night they didn't even give me, after dropping my friends smoothie, ROLLING HIS EYES WHEN WE ASKED FOR ANOTHER ONE BECAUSE IT WAS DROPPED IN THE KITCHEN BY HIM, and not even apologizing or trying to make up for it. I just want my apple slices. My friend just wanted her smoothie. Long story short, their food is fine. It's a Mcdonalds. But I give them one star because this was a terrible experience and if you ever go to this Mcdonald's, prepare for a battle. Good luck soldier. I always come to McDonald's for a year now. About 5 times a week to get either my morning coffee and/or get lunch (chicken nuggets or burger). The younger cashiers always been a pleasant along with the manager. Last week, I ordered a ice coffee and sausage burrito. Unfortunately, I got the wrong card from home. I asked the cashier at front window to just remove the sausage burrito since I only have $2. When I approach the front window, older lady handed me sausage burrito. I explained to her that I paid for ice coffee and asked for sausage burrito to be removed. She was adamant about the burrito. I had such a bad morning that I feel like not arguing with her and just took the fucking burrito despite that I really wanted the coffee since I was tired. The sausage burrito was dried out. I remember when this place opened in high school, it was the biggest story in our small universe. We even had a mole on the inside who would give us burgers on the side when no one was looking, which was awesome. We always went there after basketball games or when there was nothing else to do on a random Saturday night (not the most popular group, obviously). I hit this place up after a lot of drinks when I was recently back home, and did not regret it. Hi, so I came here with my friends and it's the McDonald's we always go to in wayne and we went through the drivethru and placed two separate orders when we ordered, once we pulled up to the second window to get our food we were rushed out. So once we move up and get a chance to look at the order I say to my friends that I am missing my entire other. After the man in front of us was done the lady working just left the counter and then another man came up but didn't make eye contact and walked away as well. This McDonald's is the worst at serving people with health issues. I spoke with the same drive up associate three times asking him to please depress the button on my decaf coffee so I could be sure it was decaf and not regular. He repeated argued with me that because it was the only beverage I was ordering I should assume he would get it right. Considering I receive regular by accident a small percentage of the time, which impacts my heart, I finally complained to the website, and received a call saying it wouldn't happen again. Just two days later I went back and received an unmarked coffee, from the same associate. A manager came to the window at my insistence and apologized profusely, while the associate stood behind her smirking broadly. At this point I am shaking with embarrassment and frustration, and am ready to contact legal help. If I were blind or in a wheel chair I would be accommodated, however having an invisible heart condition I guess just doesn't count. I never had negative experience such this. I ordered two Big Macs and two big fries. The fries were saltier than usual, and one of the fries packets was half full. Also when I asked for Ketchup, I was given 2 packets. I asked for more and she gave me one more only. The meat was dry as well. Not sure why all these three negative things occurred at the same time.
