It's Taco Bell! New, clean and a good location. Service was good. Location is easy to get in and out of.

Absolute failure. Good news is the working employees admittedly get their food before the customers.

Food: I had the queso fundido, guacamole, and "El Burrito." The appetizers were great starters, full of flavor, and the burrito was hearty and filling which was perfect for a casual meal. Service: Service was just okay overall. While our main server was a bit inconsistent, other waiters stepped in frequently to help out. Aesthetic: The place has a really fun, lively atmosphere -- ideal for brunch or anyone looking to enjoy a party-like environment while dining.

I understand that it's Mother's Day weekend but the wait we experienced to get our food was unacceptable and the way the manager treated us was not ok. Our waiter was very apologetic but the manager seemed like she didn't care. We wait about two hours to get our food finally. When I approached the manager to let her know we just wanted our check for everything we rec.d which was only our drinks and appetizers which was about close to 9. All she could say was well you guys ordered at 7:30 I saw everything. There was never I'm sorry for the delay we are back up anything, it felt like she was blaming us. I told her go check and see what time we came in because we got here before 7:30. She left and never came back. The waiter came to us with check with a 20 percent discount and once again he was super nice and was very sorry for kitchen being backed up. She never came back out. She just didn't care. What's sad is I was just telling my fiancé we should come here after our wedding ceremony on the 22nd of this month. Now I'm done with this place. The manager didn't care at all.

We usually come when the owner is present, and the experience is always fantastic. Unfortunately, our visit this past Tuesday (which honestly should be Taco Tuesday) missed the mark. Our waitress was new and struggled to explain several menu items, which led to some confusion. We ordered tacos, queso with beans, nachos, and chips with guacamole. The order came out incorrect, and the queso was a major disappointment--it arrived as a bowl of grease, completely separated and inedible. The tacos were very small, light on filling, and lacked the bold seasoning and heartiness we've come to expect here. Honestly, it wasn't the usual Guacamole quality. What made it more frustrating was that the wait staff didn't seem very helpful in correcting the issues or explaining what went wrong. While we noticed the owner wasn't in that day and chalk some of this up to her absence, a restaurant still needs to run smoothly when the owner takes time off--burnout is real, and strong staff support is key. We truly don't want to hurt this business. We drive a distance to come here and still consider it one of our favorite spots. That said, $90 for two meals, one appetizer, and a side of queso and beans, with this experience, felt disappointing. I'm leaving four stars because we know how great Guacamole can be, even though this visit was closer to a two-star experience. I hope management sees this as constructive feedback and uses it to help train newer staff--this place is too good not to get back to its usual standard.

It's a curse because everything is so effing delicious and it's so far from my home! One of my daughters recommended Taco Empreso as she is a regular customer. She even spotted my nephew eating here one evening, who came all the way from Brooklyn lol. So there were three of us, who ordered an assortment of items to share. Let's start with the tacos... We ordered the Baja shrimp, Baja fish, steak, birria, asado chicken and shrimp Ensenada. Every single taco was finger licking with distinct flavors that were sooo sooo good. I could not decide on a favorite. We also shared birria fries, which were AWESOME! If I ever return... you know the rest lol. The meat was juicy, flavorful and melted in my mouth. The marinaded chicken and beef were succulent and the flavors subtly stood out. We also ordered a steak burrito, which was Cali-style with fries instead of rice. The steak was flavored, tender, and crave-able. A popular must have! We added a birria quesadilla, which was also epic. Lastly, the frozen pina coladas! Get it! The food is road trip worthy! Finally, there was a consistent line, but these dudes were so organized. The orders were getting out in a timely manner. It's also worth the wait!!!

I got the coconut lemonade and it's the best of both worlds of lemonade with pina colada vibe. My friend got the tropical fizz which was flavorful as well. For tacos we got birria, butter chicken, asada, grilled chicken, and Nashville hot chicken, and el pastor. Think the ones we enjoyed the most collectively was butter chicken, grilled chicken and asada. The sauces have a spice level to them which elevate the tacos. Guac and chips were okay a tad bland for me. The esquite corn was yummy side. It's self service where you order tacos either at register or from screen. When your name is called you pick up the food. The tables are limited. I would definitely go back to try some different tacos and for those delicious mocktails.

I ordered three tacos: Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Pollo, and they were a delightful feast for the senses. Each taco was hand-crafted with care, served on a fresh corn tortilla. The Al Pastor was beautifully seasoned with just the right amount of spice, while the Carnitas offered a tender, savory experience. The Pollo was juicy and packed with flavor, making it hard to pick a favorite. The salsas truly enhanced the experience. The salsa verde provided a zesty kick, while the smoky salsa added depth that complemented the tacos perfectly. Topped with onions, cilantro, cotija cheese, and crema, every bite was an explosion of flavor. To wash it down, I enjoyed a refreshing glass of horchata, which paired wonderfully with the savory tacos, balancing everything out nicely. The atmosphere at TACORIA was vibrant and inviting, with friendly staff who made the dining experience even better. If you're looking for delicious tacos in Ridgewood, this spot is definitely worth a visit.
