Nothing special. Does not taste authentic. Overpriced. However, staff at this location were welcoming and great. Facility appeared to look clean and organized. read more

The place was empty when I walked in. I place an order on the kiosk. After waiting about 5 min the employee came from the back no greet body language not welcoming at all. She began to prepare my order and another employee came from outside I guess to help;same vibe. No professionalism at all. When they were finalizing my order in its packing just threw the sauces, in a way like they don't want to be there. I politely asked for a cup for my fountain drink just gave me a cup with no lid or straw. I understanding that not everyone is going to have a great day all the time but don't bring to someone else especially when working in a business. My first time coming here and the last. read more

Awesome the service was quick and the food was hot a delicious. Also my burrito was massive it was bigger than my son's head.

This place is amazing! Food was great with amazing portions !! The service here is so welcoming and I couldn't have been more surprised. The food was so fresh and I still have enough for leftover LOL! I will DEFINITELY be going back !! read more

The place was empty on a 2pm. We ordered food and twenty minutes I asked where the food was and they said 10 more minutes. At that point I asked for my money back. Customer service was awful. I would NEVER recommend this place. read more

I wish I would have looked up reviews before coming, because what a lot of yelpers have said is pretty spot on. It's very similar to a Chipotle in terms of their offerings/how they have an assembly line (though you order first, not as you walk through). I'm giving this place the benefit of the doubt since they were so new when I went and are probably still working out the kinks. We ordered on the kiosks when you come in and opted to pay in cash. It took a while for someone to acknowledge us and take our payment (plus they don't get started on the order until after you pay, regardless of when you place it). It then took 20 minutes for them to prepare 4 tacos and a burrito. Again, I'm hoping a lot of this is just organizational and they'll get the hang of things soon. The food itself was OK. Smaller portions than a Chipotle or Moe's, though more expensive. read more

Waited over 35 minutes for 3 tacos and a burrito bowl. Employee was not friendly nor work efficient. Would not recommend.

Passed this place a few times and was really excited to try and hoped it would be great. They have a self ordering kiosk but when I walked in didn't notice for 5 minutes so stood there and was ignored. Finally figured it out and placed an order for tacos. Not a huge menu but got the meal to stay. Sat down to eat and tacos immediately fell apart and were soggy. Just awful. Not a ton of taste but gave up after a few bites and tossed most of it. read more

The most disgusting place you could possibly ever walk into run. Food is not clean. Service sucks you will get sick.

Delicious and fair price . It's very similar to chipotle however, the tacos are very good and filling. I went there to pick up one day. Seems very nice. It's a newer restaurant in the area definitely worth a try. read more

Awfullllllllllllllllll. spend almost 45$ for a fish taco, queso & chips, and a chicken bowl. Now I understand they just opened, but the lack of care, the portions, and the unprofessional response when I called to get something taken care of. We had hair in our queso, underneath of the meat, we only saw it because I stirred it good. I called and they told me it was probably mine. It wasn't, no way it couldn't have been. Totally unprofessional and wouldn't spend another 1$ there. As a new business you'd want to make customers happy right? Guess they want to close soon! read more

such a disappointment. Not authentic at all. Pricey. salty. Bland. Boring. will definitely not go back. guacamole was gross and salty definitely not fresh. even the chips were sad and soggy. $50.00 for 2 fountain drinks, 1 quesadilla, 3 tacos chips with Guacamole and queso. Half went in the trash. Such a waste of money. overall it was gross. read more

Horrible food, horrible service, and over priced. Everything needs to be improved. I waited over 20 minutes for a steak quesadilla that had chewy steak in it. read more

It's expensive for flavorless tacos. No wonder this place is always empty! Can't wait for chipotle to open down the street

Totally agree with last person ! The person that waited on me had no idea about the food? Strange for a newly open place ! Seemed like no one running the place ? read more

if I could give this place a negative 5 star I would. I cannot see how this place will last. Way overpriced for what you get - and then that is if you even get what you ordered. I ordered the California Burrito which was supposed to have protein, guacomole, potatoes, rice and beans. I asked for no beans (they go that right). The rice was cold and sticky and way too much, I upgraded to steak for $2.60 - I think there was a tablespoon of steak and maybe 4 tiny potato squares. The steak had no flavor, was cold and hard. They forgot to add the guacamole. People who ordered after me with larger orders got their food before me. The place was not overly crowded - actually it was basically empty other than myself and 2 friends - maybe another few people came in after. Very over priced for the quality of the food received. Oh yeah since I had high hopes - I signed up for their rewards program before going there and the cashier didn't even know what it was or how to enter it. Will not be going back - don't waste your money. read more

They are understaffed and it takes forever for an order to be made. They often run out of ingredients. Woof!

I think that in the past month/month and a half District Taco has settled in as a business and has started to offer better service and food compared to the previous reviews. I've been there four times in the past 2 months and have always been able to place my order quickly at the self service kiosks which is very efficient and easy to order. I will say that when I have gone in there were not many people there and I felt like my wait for my food should not have been as long as it was considering the low amount of people and that I just ordered a bowl every time which should be very quick to make. I would say the service of the workers is just average, sometimes they're friendly and sometimes they're stand offish just depending on the person. I think this is a good fast food Mexican option for the area as of now until the new Chipotle opens down the street, then I'm not sure how this place will hold up. read more

I went to pick up my order for my family and the service was really good. There was one woman, Ray, who was super super nice and helpful. The food is always pretty good. read more

Was anything BUT fresh. Just another crappy chain masquerading as some swanky new joint. With food like that I would not be surprised if they closed within the next six months. Or maybe the people waiting an hour for overpriced cookies from crumble will walk over and have a gritty, cold wet tortilla with day old reheated meat or chicken . Save your money and your digestive tract. read more

Awful, awful! Workers weren't friendly. We waited over 45 minutes for our food when they said it would be 15minutes. Everything was cold when we got it. And a bonus hair in our food. Workers kept going out back for smoke breaks. I know they are new but come on! Wasted 45.00!! Just awful! I hope the owner steps up and watches what is going on. read more

Very disappointed. I tried it the other day and will never go back. The tacos were room temperature and tasteless. I don't like giving negative reviews but had to. The employees were friendly and helpful but that's the only good thing I can say read more

Will not return to this place. Service was horrible. People are rude. Stay away. Food is not worth it.
