Worst McDonald's ever. They care more about men pretending to be women than they do the business. Food always cold and nasty, never fresh fries and overpriced. Why this garbage McDonald's charge more than the others in the area? Only one good manager there and she keeps getting sent to other stores so this place is truly garbage Expect to be told at the window to pull up to watch 15 other cars get their food before you get yours. If you want a dried up chicken sandwich that has the coldness and rubber texture from sitting way too long this is your place . If you want dried up cold burger patties this is your place. They have given us food that wasn't even edible twice now at 8pm ish. They also will no longer give half chocolate half shamrock shake as they are not allowed but sometimes can?'!?! This establishment is clean and the staff is friendly. The food was good and ready quick.

This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. First day I order my food it's confirmed then Manager who says his name is Cameron says they don't have my order and that I'll have to dispute the charges with my BANK. Today I order earlier and go to get mine and my sisters order. Get to the window and the lady confirmed both names and codes I get my order then I see her's and the same manager comes over and states I can't have my order because it's not showing up on their screen which is a lie because they said the names LOL then proceeded to harass me and tries to not give an order I PAID FOR then manager comes to window says he "found" my receipt and proceeds to throw my order at me. He needs to be fired for not only harassing customers but also his lack of understanding and knowledge of simple systems. I will be filing something against this McDonald's for harassment. Totally impressed! Today, I need to get something quick for lunch and get back to work. Let's try the Romeo McDonalds. During Covid in Michigan and all the restaurants closed for carry out, this was not going to happen was I ever wrong. Let's try the McDonalds app and order on line. I have tried this on three occasions with the VanDyke an 26 Mile Rd with horrific results. Well, I placed my order annoff I went pulled into the parking lot and came to a screetching halt due to the drive in window had a long, long line like twenty vehicles. My participation in dining at this particular location was indubitably splendid. I cannot even begin to express how lovely the kitchen staff were, it was even more preposterous than my cousin Donald's house that is very big and very white. They served me a four course meal and it was wonderful. The facilities were immaculate, I felt as though I could eat off the toilet seats. I would not recommend dining at this establishment unless you wish to undergo therapy after, for how awful it was. read more

I'm not quite sure why but every time I go up to this location my order gets screwed up and they're so rude about it when I go to correct it. I called the store the other day and I asked for the woman's name and she told me she's not giving it to me and that the owner of the franchise says they don't have to give their name out... I also have her recorded saying that exact thing. She was so rude and I'm pregnant and I just don't get why they're so cranky! Also couldn't call corporate because she wouldn't give us her name. I asked for extra pickles too and they legit put one...one pickle on it. And the other day we ordered a McFlurry and they filled it half way and refused to give us a new one. They love to mop floors, fill ice machines and spray cleaner on tables right next to you during the lunch rush. I think this is common to all McDonald's, but this one in particular is poorly run. There are always about 600 employees buzzing around, but we always have to wait forever for our food. We stand there helplessly while they are trying to fill the ice maker at 11:30 AM... it's a frustrating experience to say the least. At the hours in between about 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM you will find a mystifying practice happening here. Because this store has a particularly large caged in child thingie, the dining room for "adults" and people without children is quite small. In addition to being small, the space is poorly utilized. The majority of the tables in the "main dining room" are 2 seaters, and you know how a McDonald's 2 seater is actually a one seater, just pick a side, right? Well... back to my point here.. the new amazing practice is, during the lunch "rush", where seating is at a premium - the "managers" and employees purchase food and then sit at 4 tops and eat and read books for about 15 minutes to a half hour! It's an incredible phenomenon and is quite recent. You can literally walk in, have a hard time finding a place to sit because employees are holding up all the available real estate! McDonald's, are you listening? Do you teach this practice? You don't have a break table in back for the people who work there? It's amazing because this is an everyday occurrence... it baffles the mind when you walk in to see two 4 top tables each being completely occupied by 1 employee each! Even if 4 employees sat at one table this would be less offensive but no, they take it to the max here and just eat up 4 seats. I think the staff here is always very nice. There is a cool older lady who works the register that I LOVE she is so awesome and always smiles at work. That aside, being that this is one of the few restaurants in town, I wish they would offer organic options like Chipotle. If they did I would eat here more often. DO NOT go to this McDonald's. Nothing good to say. The drive threw is ALWAYS long. Managers poorly trained. Who ever is above the managers is extremly rude. It's is very filthy. SENIORS BEWARE! I am a retired 70-year-old senior handicapper. After returning home at 9 p.m. after leaving McDonalds, I am still in a state of shock and disbelief and mad as hell about what occurred at the drive-thru window and how I was treated by the manager whose manners were beyond rude and a disgrace for anyone given the position of "manager" who is supposed to set the example for co-workers. I have worked for Beaumont Hospital for 25 years and if I had ever treated a customer in such a way as I was treated I would have been written up or fired! After placing my order, I asked for water for which I was told there would be a charge of 30 cents. When I drove up to the pay window, I asked to speak to the manager about this. Mind you, it's not so much the price of 30 cents but being nickeled and dimed to death for WATER not to mention which I needed as I am a diabetic. No other restaurant charges for water--NONE. I then told the manger I would take my business elsewhere either to Burger King or Wendys. With this, the manager literally threw my money at me--she wadded up my 10 dollar bill and threw it at me and the change hit me in the chin and went under the seat which I can't retrieve as my right side is locked up and I am on a cane and walker. The manager, "Margarita", who looked like a young milleneial, stated that "I have the right not to serve anyone" and I was not going to get my food. I was totally dumbstruck and couldn't believe what had just happened. Needless to say, I drove away in disbelief and mad as hell. I ended up at Wendy's. Let me tell you that I am a diabetic and I need water with my medication, not sweet pop or such. There should be no charge for water!!!!! I tried to explain this to the manager but to no avail. I have lived in the area for 50 years and have never had a problem like this or even close to it with anybody let alone any restaurant. I have spent big bucks over the years at McDonalds. McDonalds needs to train their franchises better and especially their managers! This leaves customers with a bad taste in their mouth and is a bad reflection on your company.
