This store cares more about pride month than it does it's customers, they can't ever get your order right and it takes them 30 minutes to make 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 mcchickens. You ask for no ice and you get extra ice. This place is also overpriced compared to the other McDonald's in the area. Employees never work and always goofing off. No wonder the service is garbage. I really like Subway salads, but I don't like this location. For some reason I always have issues here. Either an order that isn't made correctly or a long wait. Today I went through the drive-through thinking it would be a quick experience but it turned out to be anything but a quick experience!! They have a new touch screen for ordering which may be fine but for some reason it wasn't working properly and I had to spend quite a long time with my arm hanging out the window which wasn't very comfortable. One problem I really see with the touchscreen ordering system is that, for instance, I like jalapeño peppers on my salad but I like a small amount. I couldn't see how you tell the screen that you want a small amount of a topping. It didn't seem to have an option to let you do that. In addition, it let me select whether I wanted my dressing on the side or on the salad but it didn't let me select which type of salad dressing!! It didn't seem to matter because when I got to the window the gentleman asked if I wanted salad dressing and I said "yes sweet onion on the side". He went to give me my order and asked if I needed a bag I said "yes I would prefer a bag". When he handed it to me I asked where my salad dressing was and then he told me that it was on the salad. He asked me if I would like extra dressing and I said that my concern was that there was too much dressing on it not that there wouldn't be enough. He assured me that he did two quick passes so it would be very light. Why in the world would I believe him? I got home and it was the soggiest salad I've ever had from subway. In addition, it was a small salad it didn't seem to have much in the way of toppings and it just wasn't that tasty. It probably didn't help that it was soggy. There is another subway on Van Dyke by 30 mile road that I prefer and it's a newer Subway. I think next time I'll go to that one!!! read more

When I walked There were two lady's who helped me neither of them seemed too happy to be there neither of them greeted me I seat there and they just kept giving me Looks out of the corner of their eye finally I asked the younger woman how she was doing and she said fine kind of with an attitude. The whole time I ordered the younger woman had an awful attitude and made me never want to come to this place again. Rude service, always out of things such as bread, ingredients, napkins and other supplies. Very slow even when not busy. Clearly no care to improve either. Much easier to go to the better subways nearby. read more

Ordered at drive through just before closing. After spending 3.5 hours at emergency vet hospital. Open sign was on. Nice touchscreen ordering at drive through. Wouldn't take payment but accepted order. Girl who was working was so visibly UPSET. We pulled up to window and she stormed away to the front of store. At this point we didn't know if we were going to get our food or not. We had an order number but hadn't paid. She never greeted us and 10 minutes later we did get our wraps. Now we both love salt but clearly she put LOTS of extra salt on our wraps. Revenge for coming through the drive through so late? Let's just hope that salt was the only extra item she put on them. She obviously hates her job. Love the new store format with the tech interface for ordering. If only technology could also make the subs cause clearly it's too much for the humans that work here to engage with other humans. read more

Worst subway ever. Decided to give this location another chance after my last poor experience, and it was even worse. They got our order completely wrong, veggies were all old and gross, and this time--THEY WERE OUT OF BREAD. They only had wraps and flatbreads, and they still managed to mess up what sandwich got what. Don't waste your money here. read more

This place is so hit and miss. The employees are great or horrible. I've walk out when I see certain employees because I know I'll be in line 10 minutes a person. Most times the bread is hard. I use to go quite a bit but have really stopped going there but today I had very little choice and ended up walking out after 10 minutes of being in line behind 6 people. 5 still needed to put in there order. read more

Terrible subway. Bun dry - not baked fresh. Out of a lot of ingredients, asked the lady making the sandwich, sounds like this happens a lot on Tuesdays since Wednesday is their delivery day. So you don't get the meat or the cheese you paid for, sounds like they are being cheap and ordering less then what they need but charging you the same amount. They don't tell you everything that is out so you order the sandwich and half way through they tell you the cheese you wanted isn't available. If I knew that when I ordered I wouldn't have ordered.
