My boyfriend and I frequent this particular Taco Bell at least once a week. He works in the area and it has been our go to place when I meet him on his lunch break. He works midnights so his lunch break is at 11pm and there's not too many places open at that time in Romeo. This Taco Bell hasn't let us down. The drive thru is only open at that hour so I can't say anything about the inside. But what I can say is everyone is friendly who works the drive thru! Fastest drive thru I have been thru at a Taco Bell. The food is always piping hot and not prepared sloppy, like some other locations. The only issue we've had in a few months is that they forgot to give us nacho cheese a couple times. read more

We just moved to Washington Township a few weeks ago, so this is my closest Taco Bell. I was running errands with one of my daughters and decided to stop for happy hour drinks. My kids love the Freeze drinks and at only $1 during Happy Hour, daily 2pm-5pm, it's worth the stop. Or so I thought. I literally waited in the drive-through lane over 15 minutes just for a $1 frozen drink. On any other occasion I would've pulled out of the drive-through line and just skipped it but it was a lazy Saturday and I had no other plans. While the wait was super excessive, to the point where a few cars didn't pull out the line, they tried to make it right. The employee was friendly and apologetic for the long wait. He explained how they were short staffed and running out of ingredients. I get it, times are tough right now. I was not mad. He handed me 2 Free taco coupons for later use and I was pleased. While this wasn't the best 1st experience at this TB location, I'll definitely give it another try. read more

Unless you like to waste your time don't go here. Honestly go to the one on 23 mile if you're craving Taco Bell. If you get there one hour before close just turn around. Waited in line for almost an hour, 45 minutes to be exact. Got to the window and the guy said "we're closed we ran out of food." Taco Bell is one of the better 'fast food' options and I find the options within to be tasty. In particular I enjoy the quesadilla. The food here is always hot and appreciated for that fact. It's easy to get here but turning left out of the parking lot is tricky so be careful. The service is typically friendly and prompt here and overall it's a preferred stop when hankering for some American style Mexican on the quick. Terrible service! Long wait! I drive a semi sized vehicle and do not fit through drive thru. I called and asked if I could place an order over the phone and pay for it at the door as their lobby is closed. They said no you need to make an order on the app so I did and right as I was about to pay I noticed it said drive thru pickup. This sad excuse for a fast food restaurant is actually pitiful. Arrived in the drive-thru at 9:30 (keep in mind the store closes at 10). We were in the line for 30 minutes, and in that period of time, they only served 4 cars. Once 10 o'clock hit, they shut off the interior lights and were not providing any further service. EXTREMELY slow service, EXTREMELY poor customer service, and we felt as if they were being intentionally slow so they would not have to serve any more customers. Terrible customer service here. They can't even make a simple taco. I literally repeated the entire order AND had them clarify it got it right on the receipt then I get my order completely WRONG. If I could leave a half star review believe me I would. I waited for over a half hour in the drive through lane and nobody came on the intercom to ask my order or anything. I drove around twice. Knocked on the window. And saw employees walking around. They all ignored me. I honked to get their attention and nothing happened. Extremely immature and unprofessional behavior.
