Once it said the order would be ready I went inside where I had proceeded to wait over a half an hour at the pickup area. I'm not a rude person and could clearly see they were busy so I tried to give them time. Multiple customers were loud and upset that their order had been taking forever too. My order was nine dollars. It should've been super quick and easy. But instead it was a super crowded area and once it finally hit the forty minute mark I left and couldn't even get a refund on my order. The service used to be way better and I loved coming here. Needless to say I won't be coming back anytime soon.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Dairy Queen…read more On Sunday evening, I placed an order for six combo meals totaling approximately $96. For that amount of money, I expected basic accuracy, food quality, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience failed on all three. One member of our group has a tomato allergy, so we specifically requested that tomatoes NOT be placed on their burger. The request was ignored, and the burger arrived with tomatoes. Because of the allergy, that meal could not be eaten. Another combo was ordered with a root beer, but we received a Diet Coke instead. To make matters worse, none of the burger boxes were labeled, forcing us to open and inspect every sandwich just to determine whose meal was whose. The chicken strips were completely overcooked and burned to the point they were inedible. I've attached photos because words don't adequately describe how unacceptable they were. The service was equally disappointing. The app estimated a 12-minute wait. We drove 15 minutes to the restaurant and then still had to wait another 15 minutes inside before receiving our food. Throughout the process, the staff acted as though our order was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer spending nearly $100. I even returned to the restaurant with the burned chicken strips to discuss the problems. Once again, nobody appeared to be managing the counter. I left the receipt with detailed notes identifying every error, included my phone number, and specifically requested that a manager contact me. No one has called. Mistakes happen. What separates a good business from a bad one is how those mistakes are handled. In this case, the order was wrong, the food quality was poor, the service was rude, and management has completely ignored a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality food and excellent service.

When they tried to give me order it was obviously sitting there for a long time, was completely melted and the worker was upset when I asked to have it remade. They remade the custard but didn't redo the shake. Shake was terrible! They had no order to anything. Someone was making custards and just putting them on a counter. People putting together orders had to guess what each one was. I'm sure plenty of people got the wrong thing as I watched workers just shrug their shoulders and put a custard on the tray because they couldn't figure out which one was for what order. Apparently they need better process and training. Would not go there again.

Yet there were so many people pulled around there was no place to wait without blocking the drive through area. When we went inside to get our drinks everyone was standing around in the kitchen area. It took us a while to get the young man's attention who was working the till. We told him our problem then he went to help the next customer. One young lady in the kitchen announced "I'm going on break". After waiting for a while longer an older lady who was delivering a meal to customers who were waiting inside asked if we had been help. We told her the issue and she made the drinks right away. As we were walking out more people came in that had been waiting in the drive through line. There is no excuse to have customers wait for drinks. Most recently, we went in at 7:30PM and tried to order both Orange Chicken and the new Hot Orange Chicken. They informed us that they would not be making any more for the night. When I inquired as to why they would not be making any more considering they were still open for another hour, the employee changed it up to include that they ran out of ingredients. I find that hard to believe they would be out of two of their most popular menu items, but it's possible I guess. Additionally, as other reviewers have stated, there has been times where this location served me with significantly smaller portion sizes than any other location that I have been to.
